I only like the fact that they recommended I take the bus to the airport. I didn’t like that my door did not have a safety lock or chain that worked. I did not like the noise level as it kept me up all night person next to me kept on having a loud phone call conversation and the person opposite me had the TV set blasted for this reason I’m requesting 100% refund.

The location is great! It offered everything that we needed for a short stay. The staff is indeed lovely and friendly! It’s super close to the bus station and train station, which makes everything easier. The room is quite small and there’s only 15min of hot water per day. So, if there are 2 people sharing the room… you have to do it in haste!

Super location! Obviously my single room was small (but that's HK and already knew that).

Was OK clean, comfortable for one night. It was extremely difficult to enter and finding it… Google was no help as it led me away from the property

I had a very smooth and pleasant stay at the hostel during our family holiday. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is excellent—strategically situated and easy to find, with plenty of nearby conveniences like a 24-hour 7-Eleven just around the corner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the receptionist. We didn’t have Hong Kong dollars on hand to pay the security deposit, but she was incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to settle it the following day once we had cash. On our last day, we had a late evening flight, and check-out was at 12 noon. I requested to leave some of our bags at the reception until 6 PM, and they kindly agreed without hesitation. Their flexibility and hospitality were truly appreciated. We booked private rooms, each with its own clean washroom and complete toiletries. The ventilation and air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this place. It offers great value for money, outstanding service, and a convenient location. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing i think
