Property was very clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, provided guests with maps and umbrellas. I loved the idea of water dispenser. It was centrally located, accessible to restaurants and eateries and all means of transportation. Couldn’t think of anything.

Right in the heart of everything. Location was perfect. Room was SO quiet and wonderful very old feel Hong Kong yet clean and modern. Staff were fabulous and kind and so organised and warm. Nothing we didn't like. We'd stay again!

Location is excellent. Touristy, but also cultural, the staff were amazing and very helpful. Good choice of restaurants, shops and street markets. Only negative is the beds are too hard!!!

Location was great, very convenient, except there was construction all around. Didn't impact us at night through. Clean. Nice bed. They seem to take sustainability seriously. Free mobile wi-fi units The bathroom was a bit smelly. I like the fact that you fill a jog full of water in the lobby rather than having bottled water, but... a small jug, being on the 17th floor and a very slow lift means getting water was a bit of a pain – bigger jugs? The mobile wi-fi units ran out after half a day.

Great location, right in the middle of Central, near reataurants and bars. You could get to the hotel from the HK station of the Airport Express with little hassle. Comfortable room, friendly staff, good amenities. The hotel did warn us that there would be constant construction work nearby. Soundproofing was generally ok, but you could still hear some noise.

We got the higher room floor we requested where the room was fairly quiet for Central. The room with three single beds was spacious for Hong Kong standards.

The location is close to a lot of very good restaurants and also the shopping area. The room was average size and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly. Room was very clean which is my most important consideration. Room on smaller side but comfortable. We were only there one night. About a block away from midlevels and good food in the area. I had no concerns with my stay. Room was smaller so I was concerned the shower would cause smoke alarm to go off per the note in the room.

The room is dated and poorly kept. I could feel the carpet was dirty and there was mold in some spots in the bathroom.

The hotel is located close to Hongkong Central. It’s easy to be reached via the sky bridge but then you got to go down and walk through the small ally’s The reception is on the first floor. Don’t expect spacious rooms as Hongkong just like Tokio is pretty limited concerning space. The room had the basic facilities. The WiFi was fine They don’t offer any late check out unless you pay for it even if it’s for 1-2 hours. Amenities for bathroom like slippers have to be selected at the reception floor. Same with the water as the hotels in Hongkong are plastic free in Hongkong so you can fill it up at the reception floor from a dispenser. And there are plenty of convenient stores next to the hotel. The staff is nice but not really into interaction with tourists. Leaves it a little dry.
