There was complimentary breakfast provided was a nice surprise to be able to drink tea and coffee. Also we were provided a room upgrade so we stayed in a three bedroom three bathroom suite very comfy

This hotel was perfect for my needs during a 23-hour layover in Hong Kong. The location was excellent and within walking distance of everywhere I needed to go. The room and hotel were very clean, modern, and comfortable. I was also able to check in early, which made a huge difference after a long flight. Overall, the stay was smooth, convenient, and exactly what I was looking for for a short stopover. Honestly, I really don’t have many complaints. The room was a little small, but that is pretty standard and expected for Hong Kong, so I wouldn’t really consider that a negative. The only small issue was that I didn’t realize there was a place downstairs where guests could refill drinking water. I only noticed the small sign in the room after I had already gone out to buy water from a store. It would have been helpful if this had been mentioned during check-in, but overall it was a very minor issue.

Good location and clean Slow elevators. You can hear noise of others.

Best location, near mtr, tram, and macao ferry stations. the smell of dried fish that comes in the lobby area.

Accessibility to public transportation and food spots. Central is walkable from this hotel. The elevators are quite slow

Comfortable beds. 24hr coffee/tea centre access on 3rd Floor of the building was very helpful. Location is excellent. Was very easy to move around the city from the hotel. Pretty good value for money considering the space - most hotels in HK have much smaller rooms and cost more. Wasn't quite as clean as I would have liked. Never made it out of the room early enough to enjoy the free breakfast (due to jet lag - not the hotel's fault at all). Two hotels of very similar name located around the corner from each other - drivers got confused and we attempted to check in at the wrong hotel first and were then redirected to the correct one about 30 metres away (but we had a fair amount of luggage). Check in area was FULL of bags when we arrived and only one member of staff no doubt due to flight arrivals and check out/check in timing requirements.

Great place, superb location!

Location is good. Surprisingly, we got free breakfast although there were only some breads and juice, coffee, milk. But they were free and I didn't expect that. Not spacious but it is common in Hong Kong I guess.

Love the cleanliness and the location of the property. Very near the metro and so many small shops and restaurants around. All good except for the bath towels. They seem dry cleaned but they don’t smell fresh.

I booked the suite not knowing it’s actually THREE rooms in one. It was such a surprise for our lil family of three. Every room had Harbour view so we saw sunrises daily. The gym is very basic and lacks any sort of heavy weights, so you’ll have to be creative in your regular workouts.
