Clean, wide, lovely None

Great location, nice and clean with friendly, helpful staff. The cleaning lady was also super kind as well. I'd stay here again in the future.

Customer service was excellent - very responsive and helpful. Location is positive, and generally the vibe of the rooms is good, if you are on an upper floor. Some items/devices are due for an upgrade, such as the rather dated plugs and hairdryer, and failing window blind. The room temperature controller is very difficult to set, and often unresponsive.

Only one power outlet in the entire room. The bathroom door combined with the shower wouldn’t close because the seals didn’t fit properly.

The room is a perfect size, but the location of the hotel is my favorite. The bed could be slightly softer (but I also don't mind it). I would say that the free breakfast could be improved. There weren't many tasty options.

Great desk, comfy bed, great balcony. The building is infested with mold. I had to leave after one day because of allergies.

Location. The staff are just plain horrible. On reception is an angry young man who very obviously has a problem with westerners. I inadvertently had booked for the previous night. He would not honour that and insisted I pay for a second night. Honestly some just should not be in hospitality. He is one of them. Also the lift here is “you’re in luck if it works for you”. There must be better hotels and staff in Hong Kong for the money than this place.

Specious, quite and you will find any thing you need around. Bathroom has no privacy

We liked the room, breakfast, staff at breakfast, check in staff (Annie), bathroom/toiletries, shower, location of hotel and lounge area. Extra bed was very uncomfortable (pull out sofa with metal frame and springs). Rooms were at times noisy from above and next door. Staff at check out barely looked at us as we handed in keys (too busy on their phones). A bit more courtesy when a guest is checking out would be appreciated. The staff members who were cleaning and looking after baggage were very helpful.

he location is incredibly convenient — you really can’t beat it. Staff were good and quickly changed our room when we had an issue with the bathroom. Rooms are on the smaller side, but free coffee is always a nice touch, and the terrace is a real bonus. Rooms are a bit small, and the lobby gets really crowded and noisy during breakfast hours.

1. I've stayed here 2x before and lived in the area for a year. Excellent choice of restaurants and shops within walking distance 2. The "Family room" has 2 rooms seperatad by a door and 2 full bathrooms so at 200 USD/night is effectively 100 USD/room/night. Can't really beat that in this area unless you're staying in a trash hotel. 3. Very nice bathrooms and interior design. My only complaint was that I would have gotten a much lower price if I didn't book so early (to my surprise), but at least Booking.com creditted me half the price drop.

Even if Breakfast was free / includes in basic price, quite terrible. Only bread with jam butter, free coffee and tea and juices. Worth more going out for cheap but delicious street food

Hotel's location was great. Near MTR, buses and trams. No problem getting around to other places from the hotel. Breakfast was just a light spread but totally adequate. And the staff consistently cleaned up the Breakfast bar.

quick and excellent service provided by the front desk and everyone else it was in an excellent place closed to everything at a very short walking distance.

Location far away from public tran

Room is clean and comfortable. Central location is the best. You can start exploring the city right from there just walking in literally any direction.

The housekeeping. Very nice and polite It’s a rip off in terms of rate against ambience. They beed to refurbish their chairs and bed in the room.
