The staff went above and beyond. Nicole was so kind and lovely, making us feel so welcome and giving us personal attention that made us feel at home. Can’t get over the amazing view from our room.

The location is amazing near the park and the queens road and the interiors are very calming and chic. The breakfast was amazing.

The room was beautifully appointed; a newly renovated room with a fantastic view over the peak. Very large by Hong Kong standards. Comfortable bed, more than sufficient space for luggage storage. The staff were endlessly helpful throughout the stay. The location is very convenient. The pool area is lovely, and the spa was fantastic. In-room dining selection was also great and reasonable in price for hotels of this class. The staff treated us to a lovely bottle of champagne to celebrate our anniversary, which was a wonderful touch. The renovated rooms lack a bathtub and a bidet. We are used to having a bidet back home and in most hotels we stay in, so that was missed. The staff were confused at check-in, which took a little bit longer than expected, as we had opted to "upgrade" our booking to one of the renovated rooms, and instead of paying just the upgrade amount, initially they tried to charge us the full nightly rate for that room category. It was sorted in the end, but that was the only "issue". The taxi rank is not particularly well served by local taxis, so keep that in mind when planning departures.

Jason was exceptional upon check in! so friendly and helpful with recommendations and information. He actually sought us out throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and were well taken care of. Tom was also wonderful in Concierge. He helped us plan our days and even called a restaurant to change a reservation. Both were very kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfection! close to the MTR, Hong Kong park and anything we might hope to get to very quickly.. We ALSO LOVED THE LOUNGE, AND HAD A WONDERFUL MORNING COFFEE AND PASTY THERE AND THERE IS live music at night! nothing

spacious room, comfortable bed. good location. professional staff. there are no soaps in the room, only shower gel. i was surprised that i stayed 3 nights and they did not change the bed sheets

Location is good, well connected. Renovated rooms are nice and big enough. Nice breakfast Horrible experience at check in. We arrived at 1 pm and was told to come back at 3pm because that is the official check in time and there is nothing available at the moment. We gave them an extra one and a half hours. When we went back to get our room keys, we were told we would need to wait. When we insisted, they acted like they were giving us an upgrade and tried putting us in one of the old rooms. The old rooms are night and day different from the renovated rooms that we have paid for. At that stage, we were getting really agitated. After about 15 minutes, we got our room keys and a complimentary breakfast throughout the stay. Only good thing about our stay probably. 5 minutes after we entered our room, a cleaner barged in! I guess another miscommunication on their end.... Lobster Grill used to have very good food. Service and food quality have deteriorated since our last stay. Steak was very poorly cooked. We were made to wait 20 minutes for a taxi. It felt like locals were being favored at the Concierge.

This is a good hotel, it is very well located; adjacent to a mall so it is convenient. It is massive, so it is a bit quantity over quality.

Everything about this hotel is beautiful The hotel is connected to the mall and the train station The staffs are helpful and friendly and willing to assist you in any situation The long time waiting for the lifts that exceeds 3-5 minutes sometimes… the noise in the room which I don’t know where or what is it !
