Our our first week, we did breakfast buffet, the selection of food was amazing. But the staff service stands out. Shout out to Peter and Patrick at the dining area. We are treated with respect and thier hospitality is top notch. Room service dining was amazing as well. We like the service and the hotel staff we decided to move from another hotel back to JW Marriot. The location was amazing. MRT on the ground floor, pacific mall on the ground floor as well. Safe, clean and great experience. none.

The hotel was exceptional. Room was great, breakfast was awesome and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Felix from the concierge team went out of his way to help solve a problem we had with one of our bags. Very happy with our stay!

Excellent location!! One of the best in Hong Kong ??. Victoria Hill/ HK Central Park is walkable.. Brilliant team at the hotel!!

Nothing liked If u can not tolerate old things as me, DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! Bathroom- DISASTER! From 90th..... Really i dont understand how this kind of hotels still can exist without renovation? PS on top of it, when we checked IN, this was in sink (i am blond)

The check in was a disastrous on the reception there was a man when i check in the hotel was paid but he told me the system is not showing I told him please contact booking.com but he did not bother him self I told him check or contact you manager but he refused . Untill I contacted booking latter and they contacted the hotel . The rest of the staff where very helpfull this was my only problem

Room size was great, staff were very helpful and attentive, location is great Breakfast was a bit underwhelming in terms of choices for vegetarians. And there was some renovation work that was going on that was a bit noisy at times.
