Nice staff and breakfast was included. The updated superior room had good features with lighting and charging ports. The bathroom was very nice but only with a shower stall, no bathtub. This was very nice, though. The location was good. The MTR and tram were just several blocks away with plenty of eateries nearby. It was a bit too small. There was no room for your luggage even in the superior room. There was nowhere to hang clothing. As a solo traveller it was not so inconvenient but was an issue.

Breakfast is delivered to the room, which is quite nice in the morning. Yes, the room is small, but the bed is comfortable, and the location is great for exploring the area. Very friendly staff and quite a lot to see in the neighbourhood. Manage your expectations - I had a double room and it was good for one person. I can't imagine sharing with another person - it would be too cramped. The room would feel cleaner and nicer without the carpet. There was no hand soap in the bathroom.

Staff ok, position ok Room was tiny No Wardrobe & no room for open suitcase. Tiny double bed Breakfast just cakes & no Gluten Free options Had to spend more money to go out for breakfast

The staff are exceptional . Nothing was too much trouble , they were most accommodating and very professional . Totally exceeded my expectations . The rooms are very small . It would be impressively for 2 people to stay in them unless they were just going there to sleep . There is very little space for more than one piece of hand luggage . They have one room available that is a larger room with more space but even then it was a juggle to move if you have luggage .

Awesome. A simple continental breakfast was a great way to start each morning with a delivery at the same time. The front desk &housekeeping staff were all so friendly and courteous. Honestly nothing. Did everything that I needed really well. The rooms are on the smaller side, but this is to be expected with Hong Kong. Perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.

generally pretty good for a small (two rooms only per floor) highrise Hong Kong apartment When the fire alarm went off and I was on the 17th floor, a 65 year old with heart and mobility problems I was concerned. When 3 fire engines with long ladders parked in front of the building my fear of what was happening increased. I would not be able to get down 17 flights of stairs. There were no PA announcements at all. No information. The other guest on my floor was similarly concerned but was young enough to get down the stairs. After an hour and a half waiting I had a knock on my door - a chinese speaking maid was delivering my basic breakfast - she was dismissive about the fire alarm - in sign language. I guess that if you are a bit older and may not be as fit as you used to be then you really should rethink about the sort of accommodation that you patronise. As soon as I built up the courage to use the lift I packed up and checked out, earlier than I had previously planned. Not my favourite goodbye from Hong Kong.
