The room was very spacious and I got a view of the yacht and harbour this time! And a highway! The view was stunning thank you very much. The amenities are exceptional attention to detail. They even have an iron, umbrella in your room that you don’t need to ask the front desk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. 6 mins to Admiralty station by metro. Highly recommended to stay in the south side if you wanna stay away from the bustling city. The surroundings. You can barely find a convenient store in late night. Better get everything in town or by the station before heading back.

Gorgeous rooftop pool. Amazing view from a sea view room; worth the upgrade if you plan to spend any time at all in the room! Hotel rooms are really spacious, clean and quiet. Friendly housekeeping team. The food is decent but overpriced. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the MRT and a mall which has more food and shopping options, and there is a beautiful promenade nearby. Would return for the hotel's view and amenities. The immediate area is a dusty road under construction. The food is expensive and there are limited options. I didn't realize that breakfast was not included in the option I picked, and adding it there was extremely pricey.

Our previous two stays were great in terms of cleanliness. For this stay it seemed like they were in a bit more of a rush to get the room cleaned. Understandable though given it was the busier period.

I really liked my room. Clean, spacious, nice sea view, comfortable bed, wonderful shower, and soft bed sheets and towels. Besides, the staff were very kind and helpful. So, the Arca is a very good option for those who look for accommodation in Hong Kong. The hotel is a bit far from the main attractions on the islands of Hong Kong and Kowloon. The nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel, but it takes from 20 to 30 minutes to reach the Central station.

The room was really big, after staying in a hotel in Central - that felt like having a studio apartment. The view was GORGEOUS! Waking up to it was such a blast. The bed was PERFECT, both the mattress and especially the pillows! So comfy. Top-3 in my whole entire life. I thought about getting a pillow of the same brand. The towels were changed everyday without me putting them on the floor, so the room cleaning was also perfect every day of my stay. Very quiet, very private, there was a purifier with drinking water on my floor and a carafe in the room. There was a dehumidifier in the room. There was an iron and an ironing board in the room, very handy. It’s not very far from the city centre but still not that close (2 subway stations to Admiralty, 3 with an interchange to Central). If it’s your first time in HK, I would recommend getting a hotel closer to Central, preferably walking distance as the subway closes around 00:30. I didn’t find any grocery stores near the hotel, only those at the Wong Chuk Hang station. Around €150 deposit was freezes on my account cause there are a lot of small things and appliances in the room, that might be uncomfortable for people travelling with cash or on a budget

The size of the room is fantastic for Hong Kong where a room is normally the size of a shoe box. It's well worth paying the extra £10-15 per night for a sea view room as the view out over the marina and the sea is amazing and calming. Nice big bathroom and excellent showers, plus a large, chic terrace by the restaurant for sitting out and a lovely pool when it's open (it was closed when I was there unfortunately). While the location seems quite far out of town - which explains the large rooms - it's only a 5 minute walk to Wong Chuk Hang MTR and then 2 stops/15 minutes into Admiralty where you can change for 1 stop to Central and the Airport Express. A cab back from Central in the evening is only HKD100-120. The staff are also welcoming and very efficient. I left my large case with them when I went to Vietnam for a weekend and when I came back they had already delivered the case to my new room - storage only cost HKD10 per day It would have been great if the pool had been open but even though it was 24 degrees people in HK still think that's too cold for swimming! The restaurant is only ok and is quite pricy.

Amazing view from the room, great design with a very comfortable bed, lovely staff. The hotel is a bit further away from central but easily accessible by bus and metro. The area is less hectic, which is an advantage if you’d like to rest and have a break from the busier parts of the city. There is a mall in proximity with lots of restaurants.

Beautiful room, fantastic view and very clean and quiet. Decent transport options. Entrance was not that clear and there is construction in the area. We only had one meal but we weren't especially impressed.

The sea view I have no words to express my disappointment with this hotel. Although the view from the sea view room is truly beautiful, it is practically impossible to sleep. I stayed for two nights and could not sleep at all. Sea view but no sleep – you have to make a compromise! All sea view rooms face the street, and a train passes every 10 minutes. The soundproofing is nonexistent; you can even hear when your neighbor sneezes. I believe I paid a very high price for a room where it is impossible to rest. I kindly request a refund of 40% of the total amount paid.

We enjoyed the breakfast, but my kids were hoping to have fried rice as well. As Asians, we are quite used to having fried rice in the morning, so it would be a great addition to the menu if possible. I would also like to suggest considering a more affordable breakfast rate, especially with discounted pricing for children, which would be very helpful for families. Additionally, if there is any possibility of allowing us to stay a little longer in the room, we would truly appreciate it since our flight is scheduled for late evening and we also checked in quite late. Overall, everything was good, and we are satisfied with our stay. Thank you for the warm service. There was no fried rice option for breakfast, which is something we’re used to having in the morning. The breakfast price felt a bit high, especially for kids—more family-friendly pricing would be appreciated. We hoped for a little flexibility with a late check-out since our flight is in the evening and we checked in late.

Rooms were very well designed with lots of storage and very spacious. Having access to filtered water was a bonus. Location is good too… just 5 min walk from MTR. Finally, the rooftop was gorgeous. It was too bad the infinity pool was closed in the winter. The view and set up were spectacular. Will definitely stay there again. They were doing some renovations in one of the rooms on our floor. So there was some dirt on the flooring. Not a big deal though.

The views from the rooms with the sea view are probably the only thing worth the money The location is an industrial, not very nice area of Hong Kong Island. The room was spacious and overall nice, but with areas that were a bit run down like stains and scratches on the walls. Although I paid for the hotel room upfront, they wanted a 100HK$ deposit on top of that, which is a pretty weird practice for a hotel in this category.
