view bathroom customer service was good, but not excellent (forgot about the birthday cake, slow response on some requests) gym was rather small breakfast was average (not even including champagne in the hotel, where the room costa 1000+ USD)

Thank you for the filtered fresh water (we loved it), as well as the tea & coffee and snacks. • Breakfast was nicely prepared, using fresh and high-quality ingredients. It was excellent. • The building itself is simple yet elegantly decorated. • Privacy was clearly well thought out and carefully designed. • Special thanks to Nathalie, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and even afterwards. While the breakfast service was a little slow, the team were very kind and helpful.

Everything about The Upper House felt thoughtful, calm, and beautifully considered. The rooms are serene and impeccably designed, the service is genuinely warm and intuitive, and every detail makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you arrive. It's truly the best place I think we've ever stayed in the world. The location is perfect, with incredible views. A truly special place that sets the standard for hospitality, Natalie in particular was wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

The hotel has Stunning rooms with great bathroom facilities. The room designs are so well detailed. We stayed two separate nights in different studio rooms and both were outstanding.
