'Alohilani Resort Waikiki Beach

Everything was wonderful! The hotel is beautiful, modern, very clean, and always smells amazing. The staff is incredibly polite, attentive, and genuinely cares about every request. I injured my foot while hiking on the second day of our vacation, and one of the housekeeping staff immediately ran to get me ice and did everything she could to help. I really appreciated her kindness. During cleaning, some of our clothes were accidentally thrown away, but it was partly our fault because we had left them on the couch and they fell onto the trash bin. The staff handled the situation very quickly, and our belongings were returned to us the same day.

Great location, comfy bed and room. Breakfast was lovely. Great to have access to beach chairs. Ocean view only really from verandah. Price for a drink by the pool was so high which was disappointing.

Wonderful stay at Alohilani! Beautiful, spacious and very clean room, great gym, friendly staff and an excellent location in Waikiki. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

We loved the fact that I booked an ocean view, none available, so they put us in ocean front, however that room was FILTHY when we walked in, so I took pics and showed the desk. They then bumped us to a suit on the top floor which was immaculate, but the air was unfortunately not cooling. We were so thankful for the bump up and grateful, we just asked for a fan since we were only there one night. We will definitely stay again. See above answer for all included!

Pool area was nice but not very big. Balcony views were nice and free umbrellas were great Adjoining, fairly small rooms and expensive parking.

The hotel has an excellent location close to Waikiki Beach, with beautiful views and a pleasant atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the staff who assisted us were friendly. Some basic amenities, such as slippers, bathrobes, and extra towels, were not provided in the room upon arrival, and it was difficult to get a response through the hotel chat. For a hotel of this level, I expected more attentive service.

Clean, awesome

the room was underprepared when we checked in…there were also crumbs of food on the floors. i called front desk about three separate times to ask them for missing things such as a shower curtain, soap, etc. the second time, one of the staff members who delivered the items said absolutely nothing and rolled his eyes… i understand that it’s a hassle to call late night, but the room lacked so much amenities. i don’t understand how you can forget a shower curtain lol. he didn’t even come to install it; we had to do it ourselves. everything would’ve been okay but that interaction with the staff member ruined our experience/impression with the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at ʻAlohilani Resort Waikiki Beach. The location was excellent, the room was comfortable, and the ocean view was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Staff were friendly and happy to help. I asked to move my room and they had no problem accommodating my request.

The room was impeccable. The staff work hard to keep it clean and fresh. The pool area is beautiful and the beach view is even more so. I wish that front desk was friendlier. The bell desk and consierge provide excellent customer service. The hotel is perfectly situated near the beach and on the Waikīkī strip. I would definitely stay here again.
