The location beach front on Waikiki was perfect. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is older and not the fanciest but the location definitely makes up for that. The only negative is, we have no idea what you get for your $30/ night resort fee, as there is no pool, gym or any other amenities. Great value for the money.

The room was clean. All the rooms gave balconies. Great location for the price.
-
Great views, clean rooms, friendly staff. Beds were comfortable too.
-
Wonderful informative staff, very helpful. Beautiful view from room and wonderful access to the water and everything in Waikiki!
-
My stay was great and I didn’t mind the construction at all.
-
Very nice stuff, great location
-
Great location and beautiful with full deluxe ocean view room. I would stay there again.

We had a great view from our balcony
-
Great front facing balcony room overlooking Waikīkī beach. Amazing to watch the beautiful sunsets. Great area and very convenient for restaurants etc. comfortable beds, nice crisp white linen and lots of fluffy towels. Fitted our needs perfectly. Good amount of storage too. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially as we were on the 12th floor and the lifts were off because of hurricane Lala!! Their assistance with carrying the luggage down all those stairs was extremely helpful!! Would definitely recommend.

Superb

I absolutely loved this hotel. You literally just have to cross the street and your at the beach. We booked an ocean view room which we were definitely not disappointed. It had a balcony which was very nice to have early mornings for fresh air and evenings when it starts to cool down. We had an excellent view of what I call “the avatar tree” and the ocean. The staff were also super helpful throughout our stay.

Location is excellent, Restaurant below the hotel is overrated. Rooms are a little small and an ocean view room is similar to a partial room view in another hotels.
-
The front desk staff was awesome! Our view was great! The room was perfect had everything we needed! A fridge, coffee maker, closet, balcony, shower that fit one person but it worked well, storage space. Everything in the room worked, nothing was broken, the ac kept our room cold! The room didn’t have any weird smells. The linen was clean. The amenities were stocked. The staff was friendly. The valet was awesome and convenient. Everything went smooth! I’d definitely stay there again.
-
Hotel perfect spot for walking distance to the beach. But the Hotel room so small for family of 4 live in there. Too tight space!

Nothing.
-
Very good location, close to everything.my room was infront of the beach, There was a balcony overlooking the ocean.
-
Room was very small, clustered. Bathroom was tiny, had no vent and very weak water pressure. Wall-unit AC. No house-keeping unless asked. We could hear people slamming the doors, talking out loud in the hallway, or hear people talking from inside their bedrooms. Hotel was way outdated. Not worth the money
-
The balcony had an excellent ocean view, room was clean albeit small, bathroom had a little space to moved around
-
Worse hotel in Honolulu, never staying again

Shower was broken, only hot water came out. Could barley stand the temp. And over all it was an old property and could tell they kept pacing up things to keep it operational. Other than that loved our stay at the place. If you're planning on walking around this is a good location to be at for that.
