Club Wyndham Royal Garden at Waikiki

We arrived a little earlier than our check-in time, but were still able to check-in. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming to us and made our stay even better! The room was comfortable and had a nice view of the city.

Super relaxed and laid back property. Location was close enough to be walkable to all the craze in Waikiki, but far enough to be quiet and comfortable. Super straightforward and clean. Staff was super sweet and helpful. Would stay here again.

Very good experience

Water leak from the bathroom ceiling x 2 days. Fire alarm went off all morning on Sunday. Front desk agents and valet were amazing. Concierge was too demanding after traveling all day, Didn’t appreciate that they made a comment telling me to go on the tour without my fiancé because she wasn’t feeling well. I get they need to make a commission but time and place.

Clean room, private, close to everything, friendly staff, ac, great view and balcony.

The view from our balcony was awesome. Staff was attentive and helpful, A/C worked great, pool was nice and appeared to be slightly heated. There was a sauna near the pool, the gym was good just a bit on the smaller size. Felt full with 4 people in the room. Housekeeping does not come in daily, a call to the front desk is required if you need anything. Only street parking (minimal) or valet available for $50/night. Our only complaint was the surprise timeshare meeting which they referred to as “open house”. We were told we could get $100 off parking for attending and that we wouldn’t be pressured to purchase anything but we definitely were. They were nice until we denied the offer and then we were met with sarcasm and rudeness. We had to repeatedly tell them no in order to be dismissed.

Place is clean, easily accessible to places to see and do in waikiki. Enjoyed our stay there.

Property was in an amazing location! Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and beautiful views. Just beware of the timeshare presentation it is not 90 minutes they keep you hostage. The person at the “tour” desk didn’t even explain what the meeting was about we got completely blindsided. It was explained as a 90 minute presentation to get discounts on tours. No, they had us there for 3 hours and that’s with me begging to leave from the very beginning. The discounted tours are not even discounted they tried to charge me $10 more than Sea Life Park to do a dolphin encounter. Just book directly and use Groupon.

The staff was friendly and a very clean space.

The room was very clean which was appreciated as we arrived before check in. They do not provide housekeeping during the stay but told us to feel free to ask for anything we needed like towels or toiletries. Air conditioning is top notch and worked wonderful during the day. Shower has great water pressure as well. Our room was relatively quiet which probably depends on the neighbors you have as ours were in the hallway constantly as a family so the walls felt thin during those parts. There was an echo where you could hear a lot of noise from the other surrounding hotel when people were outside as well. Staff were friendly and helpful. After check in you visit the activities desk where there is a soft pitch to join the hotel as a timeshare. we didn’t realize that upon booking but they aren’t pushy as some are. We didn’t look as closely to the map to its location thinking it is close to downtown or more central. It is slightly off from the main area which isn’t bad if you prefer less traffic and quiet. Slightly longer walk to restaurants and where most everything else is. Definitely would recommend here and stay again if we revisit

I wish the bathroom has a fan. It was bad not to have one
