Staff were all very hospitable- was very nice to have beach towels and beach chairs to use and they were great quality. Afternoon popcorn was yummy. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants, beach is a bit farther but not bad.

I left a large Aston hotel to come to this one. Small 10 floor hotel. Staff is amazing, what you see online is exactly what it looks like. Bonus is free coffee, they had fresh popcorn in the lobby. Jaydenn front desk is amazing, as well as the 24 hour valet guys. It's quiet, cute, clean and extremely friendly. There is a gym and pool, no restaurant in building but alot of them in walking distance. As well as a kitchenette and dining table in room.

Nice location with Mountain View, easy walk to the beach or all the stores if that is your passion. Super nice staff. Adorable room and balcony. Did not take advantage of the pool or fitness center but they looked clean and well maintained. Excellent value. Some wear and tear in the room with bathroom cabinet door falling off the hinge and shower head cracked so most of the water was hitting the wall instead of coming out of the shower head. Would have asked for a repair but we were heading to the airport. An apology from the front desk attendant but I hope they notified maintenance before the next guest checks in. Despite the shower head issue, we would return here without hesitation.

Overall good

It was not as clean in the rooms. My first room had wet carpet and got my slippers soaked, then we were moved to a room with dirty bathroom door , like a poop smear and I had to wipe it the toilet water ran every 5 minutes making noise., we were woken up by someone banging our door middle of the night repeatedly. But the front desk personnel and valet personnel were very nice.

This was part of the reason why we booked the room. This morning upon direct inquiry with the hotel staff, they openly verbally admitted: “We have not updated our website or third-party booking profiles since COVID (7 years ago)”. Beware when booking this hotel. It is a run-down hotel, with deceptive operating practices, with a lot of deferred maintenance. The hotel operators have made a choice to squeeze a few extra dollars of revenue out of the naive tourist, all to detriment of the customer experience.

The room was clean but could use some updating. There is always coffee and water available in the lobby.

great front desk agent, very helpful during Hurricane issues, good bed. pay for valet parking.

The hotel was overall very nice. Although we did notice a few cockroaches during our stay, everything else was great. We happened to be staying during Hurricane Lala, and we were very impressed that the hotel managed to keep the power on for almost the entire time. The staff were also very responsible, professional, and attentive throughout the storm. We truly appreciated their hard work and dedication in keeping the guests safe and comfortable. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Disappointing

The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The hotel is close to everything - Within walking distance to the main strip (Kalakaua Blvd.). The rooms are always nice and clean. The room rates are always great. . . . N/A

Superb

I really like that clean this place was, and quite, the only part that I didn’t like was the excessive amount they charge for the parking.
-
The staff The AC was not working well and the draperies and wall looks worn out. Far from the city center.
-
Nice hotel for me and my kids the staff was great and very helpful w information to go around. Nice vie from my room.
-
Overall our stay was o.k…. On the website it said they served breakfast which they did not. Also it was an extra $160.00 amenities fee which all we used was 1 bath towel and we still got charged. But, with that being said it was quiet and after we left in the morning the room keepers would come in and vacuum and make our beds and put new towels in. So overall I would probably stay again!!!

Helpful staff. Rooms were a bit dated.
-
This hotel is very old! Old carpets, musty smell, low ceilings, AC wall unit that works at 50% capacity. The lobby, elevators and hallways are not air conditioned. I would not recommend this.
-
Staff was lovely. Property and rooms are dated.
-
There is no restaurant or even grab and go for snacks or water. The pool was tiny and the area around it kinda run down and no sun. Street noise was very loud most of the night. Wasn’t super clean. Paint was chipping and was patched. I wouldn’t stay again.
