The room was clean. I really like the powerful A/C. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was a power outage during our stay and they kept us informed the whole time.

Great location. Pool is in front of the hotel and the lobby is not enclosed. Room was good.

Our flight was at 10pm and we were allowed to stay in cabana all day. Enjoyed music, happy hour food and drinks. We totally relaxed.loved how pet friendly they were and wonderful immaculate pool and retro vibe. Older but cute shabby chic. Will return. No resort fees and very eclectic. Good location!

Air conditioning was terribly weak. Dogs use the restroom all over the hotel so it has an odor. My son had allergic reaction to the room so had to take him to urgent care. I assume it was from all the dogs being there. We did not get to check in until 5:30 because no rooms were ready.

Room was very clean and the staff were very nice. The property is pet friendly and everyone’s dog pee on the rocks outside which makes the front of the property stink heavily of dog pee. Other than that, the Surfjack was great! They have a water machine that dispenses cold water, which was a major plus because I didn’t have to buy a pack of water bottles.

This property was incredibly tired…the elevator, the halls, the common areas and the rooms. I felt like a cockroach was going to crawl on me at any moment. The best thing and only good thing about this property is the location. Although it did sound like the Grand Prix out my window all night.

Was hard to find the hotel in a rental car- it’s tucked away. Just stop your rental and ask the front desk where to park! They have a deal with Hyatt Centric parking garage a 5 min walk away. Get a ticket from the front desk and ticket from the garage and have the front desk validate it. 60’s ish building renovated with old style charm brought back. Lounges are super chill and actually inviting to relax in. The bar is really big and has amazing drinks! It’s a rated top 5 bar in Oahu which was a nice surprise. I loved sitting in the lounge and was surprised this place is super dog friendly! I got to pet so many dogs visiting!!!!!!! Frenchies, a teacup Pom, what a great time! Renovations are nice and it was a cozy stay and I’d absolutely stay again! Staff was super friendly too!

What a pleasant stay! We fully enjoyed their lovely pool and relaxing area. The room was very clean and well maintained. The pool area needs to be clean as it was very slippery. Overall, we will definitely come back again!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—everything is within walking distance, which made exploring so easy. We appreciated the complimentary water station and morning coffee, and the staff were consistently warm, welcoming, and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fab 2 night stay at Surfjack. Live music nights were great, pool and lounge area very inviting and room (penthouse) amazing. Staff were very friendly and I only wish I could have stayed longer. Was lovely seeing owners and their dogs enjoying their holidays together on site. Would highly recommend and if I am ever able to return to Waikīkī, I will be sure to stay again!

This hotel was great. It’s walking distance to all food and shops.

I love the energized atmosphere of the staff I love the decorations and the ambiance everybody from the tourists locals and employees are just all smiles and wonderful having a really great time

The location The floors were sticky the furniture was run down and the walls needed painting the rumor had an animal smell

Very good location. All is well except the bathroom in the hotel is old and outdated
