Shoreline Hotel Waikiki

The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful with any request we had. I would stay here again. Convenient location as well.

The staff were friendly and the room was very clean. My only complaint would be the poor quality of the mattress in our room. It was very saggy and uncomfortable and should be replaced. The rest of the room was well maintained.

I was there during the tropical storm and everyone was very helpful and nice. Very clean as well

Staff did a great job especially considering the power outage due to the hurricane. It was nice that most items were working with back up generators. The staff escorted us to our room since room keys did not function.

I like staying at the Shoreline, but this last visit had a few hiccups. The internet

*avoid rooms directly beside the elevator if you are a light sleeper.

Good place to stay for the night. Not elder friendly. No handicap access

It was in a good area with great restaurants and a short walk to the beach but quite noisy until 2am on a week night. Most of the staff was friendly and my partner and I had a good stay.

The location is great at 5min from Waikiki beaches and many restaurants and shops - Windows are very thin and the area is quite noisy, which can be annoying at night - Parking is not included and quite expensive in the neighborhood - Lack of response from the hotel via Booking messages

I expected a bit cleaner The large cracks under the door and stains on the furniture

Overall though, the room

Room design was pleasant, clean, and simple.

Nice hotel great location

The location. It is close to Waikiki beach. The value for the money. Pictures are far too nice on the site. Rooms are old. View is ugly. Lots of unforeseen additional cost. My advice for people looking for a place in Waikiki would be to book in a chain ( Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton…). It is a little more expensive but the difference of comfort is worth the money.

Very close to public beach access. Nice rooftop pool. Room a bit small. Could use a microwave.

Good quality room furnishings, location was really good.
