Just paying for proximity to the airport, the actual hotel is old and smells old and humid, nothing like the photos.

Lobby is great and they were accommodating and let me stay their while I waited for the flight. No complaints about sound or light from the pods. The lockers were very spacious. Overall I am quite satisfied with my experience here.

My travel tomogotchi convinced me to book the first class cabin my last night. I enjoyed it so much more than the small capsules. I liked the space and the fact there are fewer people to share that area with.

Would definitely stay again but upgrade to first class room instead love everything else about it

The biggest problem for me was the rooms. They felt extremely muggy and had a lot of moisture in the air. Even though there was air conditioning in the hallway, the actual sleeping area was still very hot and humid. I had a difficult time sleeping, and the beds were also very uncomfortable. The cleanliness could definitely use improvement as well. Some areas just did not feel very clean, especially the shared spaces. The shower area also didn't have much space or enough places to hang your clothes and belongings, which made showering inconvenient. I did appreciate that they provided shampoo and soap, as well as a hair straightener and blow dryer. Those were nice amenities to have. My experience with the front desk staff was mixed. Some of the staff came across as passive-aggressive or dismissive when guests were trying to speak with them. There was also a night auditor working on Monday who was not very attentive. I repeatedly rang the doorbell and had trouble getting anyone to come help. However, I do want to recognize the night audit gentleman who wore glasses. He was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, helpful, attentive, and actually listened when guests were speaking to him instead of making them feel dismissed. His customer service really stood out compared with the rest of my experience.

Loved the experience and how respectful everyone was to each other’s space!

Outside of that the check out its a bare minimum all essentials covered which is cool if you don’t mind the open exposure to strangers. Only real complaint was how uncomfortable the bed was. If you’re a firm bed sleeper then this is the spot for you but it wasn’t my type so i kept waking up throughout the night.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Although the pods are not soundproof, the hostel is very quiet, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The beds are a bit firm, but still comfortable enough to sleep well. There is also enough space inside the pod to store a few personal belongings. I also appreciated the water station where you can refill your bottle with filtered water and ice. It was very convenient. The location is excellent: the hostel is directly across from a shopping mall and only about a five-minute walk from the beach. Cons: The showers were unfortunately quite dirty. However, the accessible showers were much cleaner and much more pleasant to use. The kitchen is very small, so I wouldn’t recommend cooking there. Finally, on our last day, we wanted to store our luggage and take a shower before leaving. While this service is available, I found it quite expensive. I don’t understand why there isn’t a discounted rate for guests who have already stayed at the hostel for several days.

The beds were Extremely hard . It’s like you are sleeping on a box spring. There is no real door for your sleeping area . You can hear everyone snoring. The view and location were nice. But I wouldn’t stay there again .

Safe, clean but a slight smell by lobby.

There's also a nightclub upstairs, so you can hear the music and even feel the vibrations late into the night. Even with earplugs, it was difficult to fall asleep. That said, I really like the concept of the hostel, especially for solo travelers, and the location is hard to beat—right in the heart of Waikiki and within walking distance of many attractions. Unfortunately, because of the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and nighttime noise, I wouldn't choose to stay here again.

The staff provided ,laundry ,lockers ,free tv ,USB charger ports, air conditioning, free showers and bathrooms, as far as new towels everyday, I was very satisfied, being able to explore and enjoy Oahu, while having a safe, comfy stay to come back to and relax 10/10, for me
