It was extremely disappointing to have to pay an extra $180 just to be able to get some sleep when we had already paid $2500 for 2 "Deluxe" rooms, there was nothing deluxe about them.

Great location! Amazing rooms! Really nice staff! The pool area is really pretty, but the pool is only 14 inches deep vice one you can swim in. This did not bother me, but some of my party wanted to swim! Really great eating and shopping on the door step. There is also no bar in the hotel if you wanted to have a drink! Overall a great experience!

Location, location, location. It does not get any better than this. This hotel is in the heart of Waikiki right where everyone wants to be. The staff were all above and beyond nice, friendly and professional. The amenities were beyond expectations. The pool area was always clean with plenty of fresh towels and ample nice reclining lounge chairs. No waiting for anything. Our maid was the best, she could clean the entire room, vaccum and change the bedding in 10 minutes. Lots of TV channels and even had HBO. Ive stayed in hotels all over the world and the location of this one is unbeatable. Beautiful mountain and ocean views from the same floor to cieling windows. 🏝️🏁

We were on floor 14 our house keeper lea was 10/10 she was so attentive, kind and wonderful. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Was near anything you could need. The only thing we didn't really enjoy was the pool as it was just a sun pool. Also they couldn't accommodate parking for our suburban unless we did valet, there was a little parking near by that filled up quickly

Nice hotel, with clean, updated, spacious rooms located in a great area. The parking is expensive and the garage is tight and gets full but otherwise this was a good hotel.

Everything went well with our stay at this hotel. The stay was very helpful with everything that we needed and asked for. The only problem was the parking sometimes. Because they share with enterprise rental car and Nordstrom. It can be hard to find parking in the structure.

The hotel was nice, clean, and looked like the pictures. However, we were not a fan of the parking garage. It can be very tight for larger vehicles and uncomfortable to navigate- just fyi if plan on parking. All staff were professional and friendly.

Overall, the hotel was very good, but the only problem we had was that we stayed in a suite with a room with a door, but there was no AC, so it was very hot when we closed the door. I had to use the fan. Other than that, everything was perfect!!!!
