Prince Waikiki

We had a nice ocean view and my toddler loved swimming in the pool. It was nice how it was opened late and had music playing. The hot tub was great, although it would get filled up really quick and sometimes we weren’t able to use it. The location was great. It was close to everything. We could walk to the nearest beach or restaurants. The mall was only a 5 min drive. The airport was 15 min away. Despite being there during tropical storm LaLa and losing power, we would stay there again. The hotel kept us updated and acted quickly. Our safety was a top priority.

Clean room and nice pool

Stayed for one night before flight to LA lovely hotel clean large room, huge bathroom, staff managed issues with storm lala and power outage very well. We ate in the restaurant food was great wait staff friendly. Pool looked amazing unfortunately due to the storm it was closed due to safety concerns. I would definitely stay here again

The staff at the breakfast buffet were absolutely wonderful

The hotel was beautiful just as the photos shown on the website. We had some issues with the communication from staff. The elevators went down and we weren’t notified leaving us to walk down 18 flights of stairs. When we made it to the bottom the fire department was by the lobby elevators. We never received any information as to what happened. This lead to an evacuation of the hotel as well without knowing the reason. The pool deck was closed for the last 2 days we were there for weather, which is understandable but when I asked to talk to a manager about the inconvenience of this and the power outage my they said someone would get back to me and they never did.

Outrigger was an amazing resort to stay at! Loved the amenities and the stay.

Our experience was good. The infinity pool is not adults only, and in my opinion is unsafe for children. There is a huge pool for kids, so staff should post more prominent sign adults only on the infinity pool. We left the pool area because parents were not watching there young children that were leaning over the side. Too stressful for me.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly housekeeping staff. Josephine was amazing and was attentive to all of our needs.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Loved the area and the staff were amazing. Didn't have breakfast there. But the pool and hot tub was great
