Front staff nice and helpful, no hidden fees. Great resort over all.

This completely ruined my vacation. I didn’t even stay for the entire reservation and left three days before my trip ended. I asked for a refund for the three remaining days that I did not stay, but they refused. They told me they would give me a new room, even though when I was leaving, I was told that I would receive a refund. I feel like I was completely scammed by this hotel. If you care about your safety and want to enjoy your vacation, do not stay here. I would strongly recommend looking somewhere else.

We booked the room last minute and the price was a lot better than booking weeks ahead. The room had a beautiful skyline view over Honolulu and a bit of the ocean. Good amenities incl coffee machine and microwave. More than enough space for two people. Overall comfortable and clean. Pool and bbq area and gym were really good too. Lovely staff at the reception and security on site 24/7. Paid laundry services on property. A little noisy from the city traffic, even up to the 21st floor. We could hear next-door's guests.

Location and staff Not much

Staff is friendly. Location-wise, I like how it's in the middle of most of the interesting spots in the city. If walking isn't your thing, multiple bus stations are fairly close. And considering how expensive everything is in this city, rates are quite reasonable. Just one -- the floor felt a bit slimy. I'm not sure why. It didn't look dirty, nor did it smell. It just felt weird. I didn't report it, though. I was worried I'd get charged extra for it. I asked someone I traveled with who stayed in a different room. She said her room was carpeted and didn't mention anything about the bathroom, so it doesn't seem like she had a similar experience.

First day we got there, we found 2 roaches underneath the fridge. Since we got there late we just went to bed because we were exhausted. Next day we called Expedia and they try to call the property and email them but unfortunately Expedia never got back to me with any update. At this point we were forced to stay there, I was very unhappy the fact that when we needed new towels we needed to come all the way down to the lobby to give them the dirty towels and get new ones. I’m not sure why they do this! At any other hotel I’ve stayed at we would just call and they would come and pick it up. I honestly would never stay here again at all, I had no other choice but to stay there. I would want a full refund. I have videos of the roaches.

Beds uncomfortable, dirty room, Cockroaches in room, one roll of toilet paper, no help at desk to get towels until the last night. Room a/c was the best thing.

The staff was very sweet and so helpful!! The ac unit was loud. The beds moved that was a little annoying having to stay with my kids. But other than that it was a nice stay the pool was really nice too.
-
Terrible place to stay. Broken toilet knob, unusable wardrobe, key card stopped working multiple times. I would rather pay extra to stay at other locations. Not recommended at all.
-
It was a bad stay, old AC unit in wall had to unplug to turn off. Could hear through the walls no help with luggage

Friendly staff from pm shift to 12midnight...forgot their names but these 2 ladies always smiling and welcoming ...we were there for a tennis tournament for 4 days ... These 2 ladies were awesome ...a few days after they switched to the morning shift but still was a pleasant way to start off our days coming down to the lobby and seeing their friendly smiles . Aloha and Mahalo

Overall, decent property to stay on a budget.

Everything. The front desk didn't answer the phone most of the time. They couldn't give us clean towels when requested. The bathroom vent fan was falling out of the ceiling. Parking was an absolute nightmare for $50.00 a night.
