Toliet would not flush and no one available to fix. We ended up having to get linger ourselves and plunge toliet. We had tracked over 8 hours and needed to use toliet and shower. Front desk did not help in a timely manner so we had to figure out ourselves

The facility was nice with a decent breakfast but the pool was closed for an entire day which was disappointing. My main concern with them is that I had a service dog and after we left they threw on a charge for a pet. I was able to call and get it resolved but I wasn’t happy someone made a random decision to charge us a pet fee without asking. He clearly was marked with his service dog harness and it was very obvious.

Location was good. Close to everything. I was disappointed that in Mid-June the pool wasn’t opened. I came with my husband on a work trip so I COULD go to the pool.

Property appeared to have been recently renovated. Everything clean and nice. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will be back on our next trip in 2 weeks

Arrived at Midnight and had given away my room to someone else and told me I would have to find a different hotel. When I persisted, they gave me a different room type but it smelled so strong of marijuana and cigarettes, I had to ask to change rooms. The next room they gave the lady told me she didn’t have a room card and would bring new card to me in a few minutes. A few minutes meant 7 am. They also double charged me. I had paid on Expedia and they charged my credit card a second time. Worst hotel experience ever! And the pool was green.

Everything was great!!! Only issue we had was the sink in our room not letting the water go down quick enough. Other than that, it was a fantastic stay!

Room was clean but had to ask for toilet paper upon arrival. Pull out sleeper was very uncomfortable. Main beds were ok
