A solid hotel stay.

Cops were there in morning, going thru and looking in cars. Supervisor on duty said it was normal for cops to come to all the surrounding hotels for safety a couple times a day. That is not normal. The cop we talked to said it isn't the best area and they have to do extra patrols. Didn't feel safe being there. All they did was to offer and switch rooms. AC unit was wet underneath. Breakfast was not good. All pics and amenities are way off. No Elevator. Wanted to talk to the Head Manager but the person working the front said would have to wait til Monday cause they didn't want to bother him. Said he was on vacation til Monday. Our friends had a issue and talked to him not even 20mins before I did. Overall bad experience.

We stayed here for our grandson’s baseball tournament. We enjoyed the breakfast . Our room was comfortable and quiet. We slept well. We also enjoyed the pool. The people on staff were very friendly ! Loved being able to walk to Cracker Barrel ! Hotel is a little dated but clean and affordable !

I liked the area, the entire room, the bathroom was very nice, the breakfast was nice, and the staff was very nice. Wet Mildew mold smell in room and floor tiles were not properly installed ...

The location was very good, lots of places to eat out and things to do. The floor tiles were loose and my wife tripped on them. There wee no USBports to charge hearing aids and phones.Their breakfast coffee was terrible and I'm sure something did not go right with the pot that morning.They Charged me a $100 deposit to insure I did not smoke in their room ( don't smoke)and because I booked through Booking.com. Can you help? I have stayed at other Quality Inns and they returned my deposit the next day.

Liked the helpful response from the receptionist,fixed glitch in tv.Came immediately.nice rooms, cold air hot hot water.great location food and plenty to do in close proximity. Really enjoyed my stay
