The front desk was kind and helpful & available. The cookies were yummy and the cold water was welcome. The breakfast had options for everyone. My son had cereal & pancakes, I had oatmeal w toppings & my husband had eggs & toast.

My ratings are based on the fact that I had a newly redecorated room with new (clean) flooring, and mostly new plumbing. The hotel is in process of renovating so not all rooms and common hallways were updated yet and there is occasional (well limited) ongoing construction. This particular hotel did not have the sundries pantry which most HI Express have and it was missed, as vending machines were limited. The hotel does have an indoor pool which is not always common. Staff was universally friendly.

I know it's still relatively early in the season, but my grandchildren were disappointed by how dirty the pool was. Everything else was decently maintained. Pam the evening desk clerk was efficient, polite, and overall very accommodating.

Staff was friendly and quick! Breakfast was great. Only thing that sucked was our tv didn’t work, I’m assuming the batteries were dead!

Excellent stay - the toilet did not flush and the float need to be replaced - we called late at night and the front desk offered to move us to a new rooms - no maintenance person was available -

Good one night stopover. Staff were friendly. There is some deferred maintenance visible, but overall seems well-run. The bacon at the breakfast bar was fantastic, best I have ever had at a hotel bar.
