Very clean, the only complaint I would have is there was no hot tub. I didnt really care, but as I was watching the kids swim I seen 3 different couples come down looking for a hot tub. They all seemed disappointed.

Really got the last room on the floor! 3 elevators outside but all very quiet operation without people noise outside! No view! Room had to be sprayed for ants, on the 4th floor…the staff quickly took care of the problem !!! Excellent room design!

I had to cancel my trip and was charged full price of stay. I can understand a cancel fee but full price is ridiculous

The place to stay! Great breakfast, happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30, nice and roomy suite! Will stay again!

Clean room. Nice staff. Easy check in. Breakfast was subpar for Embassy. Quality lacked on the buffet . Omelette was good. Some common areas felt a tad worn and tired looking. No liens in the room for pull out bed. Over all a good stay.

This is a very nice hotel. I stayed 1 night because of a baseball event that was happening in Hot Springs that weekend. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast had lots of options. The only downfall was that the walls were sort of thin. So you heard noises like people shutting their doors, talking outside the room and plumbing noises. Overall I would come back for a longer stay.
