Arlington Resort Hotel and Spa

The location is great to walk to shops or restaurants. The bath house and spa was an amazing experience. Rooms and bathroom need remodeling but beds are comfortable and air conditioning works well. Hot water is plentiful and I would stay here again.

No microwave in room, loved the water stations for mineral water, the naan flatbread was delicious, loved the bands, limited ADA compliant,

Bar had great drinks (but expensive), pool did not have towels when we went and should have sign stating the deeper pool was on the top level. Parking was $$ , but in the town all are

Historical hotel in need of more restoration. Bathroom in my rental had black mold in shower and not up to any great standard in our time. No given amenities like coffee for guests, no refrigerator in room. You pay for the experience and anything you want. Parking is on your own up the street and you pay for it. Staff is great but you can tell that they are in lifetime jobs. More modern hotels up the street within walking distance. I’d stay again if it were the only option….

I like the large porch and the professionalism of the reception desk staff. I did not like the bathroom. The sink did not have stopper to hold water and the porcelain was chipped on the sink and the bathtub.

The Hotel is undergoing a major remodel, understaffed, not clean, letting things slide, some services not available and staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. Until the remodel is finished, you should probable stay somewhere else.

Superb

The location The fact that the hotel was paid for and wasn't told their was any other fees. Then 2 days after getting home they charged my husband's card for an additional 230 on top of the 80 we were unaware of in the beginning they charged his card. So basically we paid double for the room. Husband's called and they couldn't tell him why or if they'd even give his money back.

Going under renovation, lobby & bar was beautiful , close to the Ohio club. Lots of history at the hotel a must see.

Very charming historic hotel with a lot of character. It was in the perfect location on Bath Row! The hotel staff was helpful and hotel was clean even though it was under renovations in several areas. Our room was very antique looking, clean and comfortable. The bathhouse services were relaxing. The food was good in their restaurant, The Venetian. I would like to return after renovations.

Nothing. Everything. Our bed was bowed in. The walls were all cracked. It smelled musty. The drain cover in the shower was just floating around. The ceiling was peeling. The building was just gross. The room doors were hard to open. Honestly surprised we didn’t come home with bedbugs.

If it matters at all, I truly do hate to leave our review. Truly ....because it really was an experience we were looking forward to. Humans have the tendency to gravitate towards the negative, but at the same time money doesn't grow on trees. My hope is that when the reno is finished, not only will it be restored to its former (maybe even sublime) glory, but that it'll be so incredibly awesome, it will have almost no availability. Just being real.
