Perfect for pets

The husband and wife team of proprietors were some of the sweetest and loving people we’ve ever met. We were right on several trail heads for Hot Spring National Park and steps away from Bath House Row. If we return to Hot Springs we would stay at Happy Hollow - and my husband says that’s a lot coming from me. Ps - the give the best local suggestions too!

The Value, Size and Location is top notch. Walking distance to everything in Hot Springs, inexpensive and spacious. This is a no-nonsense type spot...the restrooms are dated and small but the rest the king suite was enormous. The staff and is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are small and could use an update

Traveled with my husband to visit the national park and bathhouses. This motel was the perfect location, right across the street from a trailhead, walking distance to bathhouse row and a couple hundred feet from the free cold spring water fountain. Very pet friendly, we enjoyed the “front yard” area and we were able to let our dogs run around and sit comfortably. The motel is very clean and the room felt spacious , we got the kitchenette. Front desk lady was very helpful for local pet friendly restaurants. Would stay here again 10/10.

Clean room and staff was great

The location can’t be beat. Love the look of the place. Room was big and comfortable. Bed was great. Kitchenette was convenient. Love the little courtyard, lawn games, outdoor tables. AC worked well despite the 100 degree days. Dog friendly! It’s an older motel, so things don’t look as clean and neat as you might like, but I think that’s only the age that makes it seem that way. They are still renovating, though, so this might change.

The location was perfect! right outside the park and walking distance from the historic bath house row! For the money this hotel exceeded my expectations! will absolutely be staying here again! I guess the only comment would be that it is not a high end hotel, but that should be apparent by the price. but for what you pay you get much much more that you would expect!
