The best hotel downtown!!!!

Staff was very friendly and food was amazing

The staff is friendly, but i waited 10 minutes at desk to solve a key problem, knowone ever showed. I tried later that day and was told the desk person was probably helping someone on another floor. Valet parking is very challenging during busy hours had to go around 6 times to get a spot for valet to park car. First night whent to eat dinner in their restaurant, I was told it was closed and the chef went home, it was only 8pm they close at 9pm. I then stated the app said they close at 9pm and I just came from upstairs, then he said the cook did not go home yet and could make my salad. I did not like being lied to.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating to our requests.

Only negative was no self parking- only valet available for $30/ night.

Best location in Hot Springs! Accessible to everything. Luxurious. I think we were misled. Our understanding was that valet parking had a fee, but that the parking garage a few blocks down was free. We got a big ticket for parking there and hotel doesn't validate parking.

Historic building and hotel, good location, great staff. Bathroom doors only slid in front of doorway and kind of hung there, several inches out from the doorway, which faced bed and was just maybe 3-4 feet from bed, so no privacy or noise protection whatsoever from bedroom to toilet.

Love how the property has kept many of the vintage decor, including the marble tiles and doors, while keeping the rooms modern and clean. The staff were amazing too, especially Kylie who responded to my queries and needs speedily. Thank you!

Beautiful historic hotel. It was our first trip to Hot Springs. Perfect way to take in old timey bathouse vibes. Felt old, classic, and well cared for. The street was busy but the hotel was quiet. We loved the rooftop restaurant. Great view. Would stay again!
