I liked the friendly staff especially when I first walked in. Very inviting and professional... I did not like the pool was not open, due to repairs, and the schedule. If I had known this I would have never booked this place to stay. I and my grandchildren were looking forward to swimming after traveling there. Get the pool fixed and change that schedule for the guest.....

Not much. It was clean. The bed was comfortable The shower, walls, ceiling, pool, and elevator all needed repairs

Beautiful property. Only thing that makes it less appealing is the pool is in need of some attention. That’s an amenity that does have value for booking rooms. The water wasn’t hot enough to draw a warm bath to soak in.

Got to the hotel close to midnight. Sketchy group of people hanging out around back in their vehicles. They knew to tell us the blue fire escape door was jarred open to enter since the door was locked. Front desk walked about and checked them out and walked back. Went to take kids swimming the next day and pool was closed all day. Breakfast was fine. Food staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean just had a heavy, dark atmosphere. We booked 2 nights but left after one night. We would have left the first night but right as I was about
