The best part was the spacious room

I have stayed in this hotel before and was very satisfied. This stay was terrible. The room was damp and had a mildew smell that would not go away.

The hot water out of the sink was a trickle that never got hot. When getting off the elevator to the 3rd floor, we were hit with a horrible odor that I compared to the smell of a can of tuna. There was a large poorly cleaned stain on the carpet just in front of the elevator that looked like vomit that hadn’t been cleaned well that could’ve been the source of the odor. I never write bad reviews but this hotel was just disgusting and in need of a complete overhaul. We arrived late and just needed a place to sleep before a medical procedure the next day so we just stayed. With stage 4 cancer, our travel costs for frequent trips to MD Anderson are high and we chose Comfort Inn trying to save some money.

Everything we needed. The room was a bit stuffy but sometimes that’s hard to avoid.

There was hair in my shower walls, male and female hair. After a singer use of the bath, my feet started to itch... I was told the pool was not open. Then people were using it.

Clean room that actually smelled good. My teen was impressed. Bigger room than expected. Easily could have been a place to stay longer than 1 night. Breakfast was very good. Sausage eggs. Waffles blueberry or plain, muffins, cereal, juice coffee, yogurt and fruit. Easy check in and out. Good place to stay

We just checked out of Comfort Suite Inn and we were really impressed. The room was spotless and well-kept. The night shift staff who checked us in was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated after a long drive. She went out of her way to get a luggage cart for us from the top floor. Air conditioning worked perfectly- the room temp was comfortable all night. Best of all…the hotel was quiet so we actually got good sleep. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

Only thing I like was the young lady that checked us in and the room was cold and bed was comfortable. The refrigerator was out, then the elevators went out and I'm disabled and had to walk up the stairs and had an asthma attack in the room. The guy at the front desk told us the pool was closed due to inspection but later saw visitors in the pool. Also the breakfast was overly cooked and the waffle maker was burning every waffle we made. This was by far the worst stay ever in life. When I called the front desk nobody answered but went down there and they were sitting there with headphones in their ears. Ridiculous

The room was clean but repairs to the door lock were shoddy and unfinished looking. Front desk staff was inconsistent. Night shift was very helpful and friendly. Day shift was decidedly less enthusiastic. Oh, and when we checked in, the entire lobby smelled like weed. Not a huge deal for me but my 89 year old mom was kind of shocked.

Amazing

The air conditioning worked great. Got super cold in my room just how i like it. The room was clean, the bed was ultra comfortable and i loved the layout of the room, it gave u that luxurious vibe for a cheap price. The staff was nice. The hatch lock on my room door was broken and they never fixed it other than that no complaints. The breakfast was a 10/10. They had a waffle maker, fresh eggs and sausage, water, different juices, fresh fruit, different cereals, milk, yogurt, syrup, they had it all. This is definitely where ill be staying when i visit houston. 9/10 experience

We stay in many hotels throughout the year due to my son’s games, and this was one of the top 5 especially for the price. Couldn’t complain also breakfast was delicious my little ones enjoyed it!!!
-
A/C not very cold. In room fridge on it's last legs. Bathroom kind of dumpy. There was construction on the property going on. On the positive, room is very large.
-
Clean room and good breakfast.
-
Loose and broken toilet seat. Loose bathroom sink faucet. The electrical outlet in the bathroom had burn marks. The room wasn't very clean.
-
Decent stay for a good price. The hotel is in need of some updating, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. AC was a bit noisy but kept the room cool. Breakfast was okay.
-
Staff was fine. Whole place was dirty and falling apart. Key didn’t work the first time and the overall vibe just felt bad. Families shouldn’t stay here and women shouldn’t even give this a look.

Don’t do it.

They were very kind. Loved my room , bed super comfy and location was perfect.

I had no hot water in the bath and the carpet in the room was sticky. The rooms did not smell good
