Had a room on the bottom floor with a handicap accessible room. Noisy, no place to hang clothes, only give you a couple of cups for coffee. There weren't any coffee or coffee filters available., no napkins, tissue paper. The beds were lumpy and saggy. No breakfast available at this location

The room I had had holes in the bathroom door, had a wall behind the toilet that was broken chiseled out. There were hairs in the tub. counter that they use to set the microwave in the refrigerator has been eaten up by termites or has fallen apart. And had a mold like smell in the room

Please do not waist your gas or time to book or stay here , the owners are full scammers and take full advantage of customers, there attitude towards guess are extremely rude and extremely nasty , they play a lot of games if you try to cancel your booking, they blame it on the 3 rd party Although the only way the booking can be completed is by them verifying that you didn’t stay the particular night you may have booked , they money hungry and do not care about customers it’s all about money !!! They don’t care if they are taking advantage of the customer by not responding to the 3rd party to clear up whether or not you stayed or not , the hotel is described at a location which appears to be in a good area but once you arrive it’s actually the hood and is close to crime as well as drug activity, it’s sometimes people hanging in the parking lot looking suspicious and activities that look illegal , I would never book with them again nor any of my family members and I’m trying to help anyone in the future from being taken advantage of and scammed as well , keep your money and go elsewhere please !!!! Also always check ratings something I should have done because there’s are a 2.8 which means this is the lowest of the lowest and sleeping in the back of your car is more acceptable than this hotel . Location was good. People were nice. Bathroom door was broken. Toilet did not flush good. Shower did not drain. Saw some coackroches. Room was dirty. There is no Swimming pool it was filled with concrete.

There is no pool as it is stated in the amenities. The shower floors are stained black.

The only issue I had with this place was not the place itself but the loud neighbor outside our door watching tv on his phone. We will definitely stay again and hope that the other visitors are respectful.
