Very clean staff very helpful Location and cleanliness

Great location. Staff are very friendly and keep everything spotless.

Then location was excellent and the room was clean. There was a smell that came out periodically when the air conditioner was on in room 506. The shower head wasn't the greatest but it still worked, only a minor issue.

The place is just as shown in the pictures, the rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly. We also had water refilled everyday and coffee. WiFi also works decently The mattress has a sponge as cover making it too soft, the water pressure is very low but sufficient for the shower, and the AC sometimes had a sulfur smell

Location was great, can walk everywhere, or walk to Chedraui to easily get a taxi. Pool was lovely, quiet in AM, rooms and beds were great. The sofa's in the two bedroom apartment were not really comfy for relaxing. Even if they added two comfy chairs that would be an improvement.

Nice swimming pool area. Hotel had a good location, close to shopping and restaurants. Room was small and very plain. I expected better for the price I payed.

Great location, excellent kitchen area with extra outdoor seating. Couldn't have been happier for an extended stay! Housekeeping came every other day, which was nice. Bathroom was a little small? But it worked out fine.

The TV on the room wasn't working, the AC in the main room either. Looks pretty old. The TV on the living room just has some channels.

Location, walking distance to two beaches, walking distance to La Crucetia. Very clean rooms, quiet location, nice clean pool. Not busy. Good security on site 24 hours and gate closed at night. Good AC. Good Wifi. Lots of cabs in La Crucetia with posted rates to each of the beach areas. Closest beaches are Santa Cruz and Chachue. Also just 2 km to Playa Tejon. Quiet and not busy. Just note there is construction near Playa Tejon beach so could be noisy. Nothing

The staff was nice and try to help us when we arrive early. It was clean. Close to stores. Easy to grab a cab.

Its always Clean and well maintained property. I’ve been there before and I noticed they Hired more staff to keep up with demand it seems. Lucy Great as always. Its been a couple years since I last been there. She is still a great person. Last time I was at jaroje I stayed a month in this place. And I went back to this place because of the Fantastic experience I had last time. Thank you Jaroje. And Thank Rolando for great Management. Marco A. N/A

The property was walking distance to everything. The kids loved the pool.

I loved how secure and welcoming the place was. Only thing I did not like was that it was a far walk but with taxi it was very close!

The condo was very clean. The support staff was helpful and kind. Nothing to share.

We really like how clean it was and the cleaning service everyday was impeccable!! Didn’t like the check in process. Reception is a bit odd.
