Pool and how friendly the staff was

Cute place with a nice pool. The bed was very comfy. Great taco stands across the road! Didn’t like needing to leave the key at the front desk every time we left. Seemed a bit odd. Staff doesn’t speak any English so it was a bit hard to communicate. Download google translate and it’s all good :)

Comfortable Clean and quiet

I liked swimming in the pool and the convenience of a restaurant there. No down sides.

It was clean and the pool was very nice. It was a good layout with the rooms all surrounding the pool/ courtyard I would have liked a phone in the room and a small fridge and a coffee maker would have been nice. It wasn’t that great to down to the restaurant for my morning coffee

The property is very lovely looking and the staff is incredibly friendly! They accommodated an early check-in and a slightly later check-out, which was very friendly of them. They have thoughtful touches like making the towels into the shape of a cute bunny. The area is very convenient - just a few minutes walk to the beach and about 15 minutes to Santa Cruz and La Crucerita in either direction. The internet is incredibly slow and I could t use it for work. If you’re looking to take work calls here or rely on internet, you’re better to use your phone as a hotspot or go somewhere else! The sheets and towels are also scratchy.

The property was clean and the staff were great. The rooms need to have mini fridges in them so people can keep beverages cool

Not as good as it could be, but if you order off the menu, I would give 6 out of 10 The Smorg was cold And the display to get to the Smorg was on backwards so very difficult to reach food!!

We enjoyed the beautiful property, location and wonderful staff.

Great price, good location. Nice pool with lovely staff. Room was just off the pool deck. Basic amenities including AC and a safe in the room. The room didn’t have much furniture and only one bed side table.

Very clean … Great location walking distance or local bus service to a local beach, downtown, supermarket … Great swimming pool and reasonable local inside related restaurant … Booked or considered breakfast was quite poor and was not indicated as such in the booking page

The pool in the hotel was great and the location of the hotel was perfect.

Breakfast was good for it price, and the location was great as well as we could walk to two different beaches and the Chedraui was close by. My son enjoyed the pool so much as well. That pool closes at 9pm

I love the location of this hotel. It is closest to my favourite beach - Chahue Beach and only a 20 minute walk into town. The staff are lovely and the hotel is exceptionally clean. The pool is spotless and wonderful to lounge by after a day out exploring. The only downside is not having a refrigerator/coffee maker. There is a restaurant that is open from 8am-3pm where they serve a great breakfast. Unfortunately, their coffee is terrible.

The rooms were comfortable and so clean and large. The staff was incredible and took such good care or us. The location could not have been better.We stepped right into all the activity, art and music and yet our room was so quiet. I would recommend. At first I was disappointed that there was no widow but we had AC and it made for a quiet sleep.
