The location was OK--walking distance to the beach, but at an incline, so it would be hard to walk for older people. The rooms were spacious and the view from the restaurant was nice! Not enough activities and the hotel didn't seem lively. The restaurant didn't have a bar, so that was disappointing. The rooms felt stuffy despite having the AC on through the night.

Location was excellent. Staff was excellent. Very clean Shower water was often cold with poor pressure.

Very clean hotel. No hot water the entire stay. Cold showers, water barely warm enough to not be unbearably cold. Not sure if that’s an area thing or just this hotel.

The rooms are very clean and roomy enough for what we needed, there room to hang a few items in the space provided and a few drawers and shelves to place other items. Upon arrival there was a bottle of water for each of us which we could then keep and refill at the water station in the lobby when whenever we needed. The restaurant is very nice and the food was excellent. The staff are very friendly and the manager speaks excellent English Some of the other staff don't speak much English but they try very hard and communication was fairly easy. I liked the location as it was was fairly central and it was easy for us to walk to where we wanted to go. Santa Cruz beach was only a 15 minute walk. La Crucecita was 20mins and Chahue beach was only 10 minutes away The water pressure for the showers is not great and sometimes the water was a bit cool if you are showering late afternoon, it would be n also be nice if there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room

Breakfast & dinner were always excellent and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room could have used some towel bars and hooks for our clothes.

Gorgeous premises, super helpful staff, great location. Access to clean drinking water. We found it eventually but it wasn't super clear. No in-room coffee.
