Main complaints are that there was no hot water to shower with and the bed was as hard as a rock (and I like firm beds).

Close to the beach, good location, pool is really clean and the staff is amazing. The shower was cold and the bed was a little hard.

Did not have the breakfast. Location was good - walking distance to La Crucecita, banks, grocery stores, the beach. Wifi would be intermittent, and no appliances - no kettle/utensils/fridge for quick convenience.

Excellent location, great facilities, clean, and the staff were amazing. They worked very hard to make sure that you were happy with your stay! Especially Roberto. There is a rave next-door. It did not bother us but difficult on Thursday, Friday Saturday.

Hotel is as described, clean, friendly staff, good wifi, hot showers. Location is a bit sad, but not far from a beach with few people. No inside lock (extra lock) on hotel room door.

Everything was perfect! The public super cleaned and beautiful beach is at 5 minutes walking. City center is around 20 minutes walking. Big supermarket nearby. Staff & cleaning ladies were all very nice. It was also very pleasant not to be in a resort.
