Hotel is away from centro across the street from a lovely park with the library and pickleball courts.

The location of the property was exactly where I needed it to be for the business that I was doing, and that was the only benefit at all to my stay. There was no hot water. The water pressure was minimal. The room was definitely not clean. There were insects in the room. Only one towel was provided. Even though I paid for two nights, I chose to stay for only one night as I could not bear the idea of completing another night in this subpar property. No refund was offered.

The location is quite at a very nice park, 5 minutes walk to the beach and also to Chedraui. Small but nice pool and friendly staff who guarded our luggage from the morning until the room was ready. The air conditioning was not working, but we got another room, where it was OK. WiFi is not in all rooms.

The architecture of the hotel. The colors and finishes. The attention and service of the welcome staff. Remarcable. The state of the rooms. Unusable shower. The main door had 2 of the 3 hinges broken; complete insecurity. The fan did not work, on a 30º night. The rude, violent, aggressive attitude that led to insults and threats from the manager when requesting solutions; unfortunately we had to get out of there and give up the next 2 nights. I was traveling with 2 little ones, 2 and 5 years old, and an older person with mobility problems. An unpleasant experience that could have ruined our long-awaited vacation in Mexico. I do not recommend it.

We loved the Cafe and the people who ran it were exceptional. They were friendly and shared their time and energy with us. They made the vacation !! I was over charged for a room with a/c although I chose and prepaid a room with a/c online . I guess the price I paid on booking.com was too good of a deal in the owners eyes.

The location was perfect. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked the added feature of Patti the resident dog and the 2 resident parrots. We could hear and see birds from our balcony. It would have bern great to have a small cafe in the hotel that sold morning coffee, tea, juice.
