Clean room, comfortable mattress, spotless clean, good choice of breakfast. Highly recommended. Nothing.

The host was very friendly and tried her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. She gave us detailed information about Hue, such as interesting places to visit and nice restaurants. The breakfast was very good as well, freshly prepared by the owners. The location is great if you're interested to explore the Imperial City and its surroundings. It's easy to get around by Grab to the city center as well The service could be improved. Our room was not ready for us to check in when we arrived, as it had not been cleaned yet. There was also no staff present when we checked out (around 10 am) so we had to leave our keys on the table. The room is also a bit basic and small for the price

the hotel owners are so kind and accommodating. it really is a gem in hue and it was great to be welcomed here as a guest.

The host was great, super nice, he made us feel very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the amazing thing was that room service was late during the day so we could have lazy mornings and still the room done. The room maybe need some refreshment, but nothing serious. Photos are better than the room.

It is located on a quiet street inside the city walls . Very nice place , the lady is very knowledgeable about Vietnam history ( she used to be a guide in French) . Good shower . Breakfast is good ( local options) . They were very useful arranging chauffeurs and getting our clothes washed . We fully recommend! End of December, we avoided the rain but make sure you have some warm clothes .

Humidity killed us. We went away sick. Clothes damp in the morning. Madam, please put dehumidifiers in every room.

Located in a very quiet and "local" part of town you are a short walk from coffee shops and restaurants and close to the citadel. I would stay again
-
Peacful location with friendly caring people. A lovely garden house restaurant near by. Walking distance to palace. Local area away from the busy section on the opposite side of the river Needed a taxi at night to get around.

Nice room , great breakfast, and Good people ! Noting

It was difficult to find a taxi to downtown and it is not recommended to get there walking.

Very pleasant location in a calm and typical neighborhood. The host was very helpful and it was a great pleasure to talk with her and discover several aspects of Vietnamese culture. We had the opportunity to feel the real life of Vietnamese people beyond the tourist facade. A difficult point, not related to our accommodation, was the very hot and wet weather that was hard for us to cope with. Maybe we should have better planned our time to visit Hue. A suggestion for other travelers would be to come to visit Hue in January or February.
