Aircon worked well The room is very old and has an unpleasant smell, could come from pipes or because the old house it is. The toilet is very small and the room has no natural lighting. Not recommend.

The room was comfortable, clean and big. The owners were super friendly and helpful. Great value.

Nice people running a quality homestay near the Imperial City!

I liked the garden, it has trees and there is a space available where you can sitdown outside also when it is raining. After 2 days I suddenly realised that even at night I did not locked my door. :-)

- Beds were comfy - Rooms were clean When we arrived late in the night and there was no one at reception to greet us. I had to WhatsApp the owner to say we were here and then she told us that she had given our room to someone else accidentally. She put us in their room instead but then the following morning tried to charge us more for the nicer room even though it was a mistake on their end. It wasn’t a nice/easy conversation to have over google translate and we could tell the owner was getting annoyed at us even though we had not made the mistake. The next morning we were told we’d have to move rooms which was understandable except she tried to get us to stay in a nicer room for our second night at a higher cost as well and asked us to cancel our booking with booking.com. After going back and forth on google translate we finally ended up in the original room we were meant to be in and paying the amount we had originally promised when booking our stay. We then had to wait for that room to be clean and to receive our key which took a while. When we got in that room, it didn’t have any towels. After reading other reviews about this place I think this is a unique incident and don’t want to believe this happens very often. The rooms are great value for money and very comfortable. I hope other people have a nicer experience than we did.

Hard beds, not many amenities. Ok for one night, wouldn't stay there longer.

Gorgeous room with a fan and an awesome bathroom. Great location in Hue walking distance to everything and by an insanely good boba shop.

Clean, simple facilities and very welcoming hosts. Great quiet location in the heart of the citadel I'm not used to a hard bed!

Great location, super chilled, lovely host, recommend!

It’s in a nice, quiet area within walking distance of the imperial citadel. They have very nice terraces you can spent time on in the evening. There aren’t a lot of places to go out for dinner in the evening, as it’s not central and everything closes early. That’s why it’s so quiet. You can easily get a Grab to the restaurant area though. P.S. I don’t recommend using the free bikes. Mine broke down several times and it kinda ruined my day. Just get a Grab bike around town - they’re cheap and always around.
