Super comfy beds! Eager staff. Great location close to the Citadel. Room is a bit awkwardly spaced but it works fine. Our kids struggled with the breakfasts (although they are fine and get the job done). Some staff has limited English.

Tu Vi is amazing! At the last minute, I decided to go play golf. Literally last night at 11 PM they contacted Tu at home. She was off work and she had a driver set up everything arranged and double checked everything including reaching out to me at 5:30 in the morning to make sure everything was all set in the driver showed up. I mean, what do you say about that other than truly exceptional service. But wait it gets better… We had a family emergency at home and Tu had to arrange transportation for a family member who was not thinking clearly. To handle everything quickly efficiently took care of getting all our luggage set up got it into the Taxi got my family member into the Taxi took care of getting everything paid for. I mean, how do you even say anything other than amazing! Oh, and the hotel? In the perfect location, we got the family suite with a huge balcony overlooking the street below. The hotel is beautiful, the fit finish quality. I mean, you have to see it to believe it. Oh, and the night before when we arrived, it was late. The gentleman turned on the jets in the pool. The saltwater pool felt so good and he was so helpful. If I could give more than five stars I would! Look, if you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay with literally a staff that is incredible. Stay here. Nothing I liked everything.

We enjoyed our stay at the Garden Inn. the room was comfortable and we really enjoyed the large Balcony The lock on the alley gate made it a bit difficult for anyone in our family to go out by them selves since we were only given one key. so being given 3 keys would have been best.

Location was convenient and quiet. Owner and staff were really warm and welcoming. We would stay there again!!!! Downstairs room was a tiny bit noisy, but not a big deal.

staff was extremely accomodating and helpful! Helped get a cab all the way from Da Nang airport and even provided breakfast after we slept in due to arriving very late.

It's very quiet. Located very close to the citadel. Breakfast was ok, but limited to 2 options which we had to pre order when checking in.

On the positive side, the breakfast is certainly large, plentiful, and good. The staff does try to be helpful, but the language barrier is too significant. Unfortunately, there are more negatives: - Location: Situated in a narrow alley in the middle of nowhere. No vehicles can access it, so you have to drag your luggage to the main street. Grab or taxis cannot pull up either, and you need to order them to a nearby street. It’s also a 20-minute walk to the Imperial City entrance! I didn’t feel safe walking through such a narrow alley after dark or at night. - There are no decent dining options nearby. The hotel supposedly has a basic menu, but for some reason, they don’t serve food. You have to order takeout, which is inconvenient, especially when traveling with children. - The room had small red ants that bite! - The staff does not speak English and understands very little, making communication challenging and obtaining information about the area or addressing issues difficult. - Overall, I had booked for two nights but only stayed for one. It isn’t worth staying longer than one night.

Very nice people and lovely hotel. Even helped me out when I accidentally left my swimmers behind and they went above and beyond to post it to my next hotel. Great stay!
