Couldn't get hot water in shower

Good location, good beds First thing when you arrive they ask you to pay (well let me check the room first); room is smaller than expectations, and there is hardly space to move around the beds; no breakfast, and not many places immediately around.

It was very wet and moldy. The bathroom is very wet all the time because the shower ist exactly in the middle.

Nice Location next to Citadel. Modern feel and nice staff! Our specific room didn’t have a connecting bathroom, meaning we had to walk through an open kitchen. This was fine but slightly annoying.

The place was clean - my room was small but cosy with good air conditioning. The hotel is close to the citadel and in a quiet part of town. Felt a bit like I was on my own in the whole hotel. It was close to lunar new year so perhaps to be expected. The room was off the side of a dining room which looked like it wasn't used and I had to come outside of my room to go round the corner to the bathroom. There was no lamp only the big main light.

Very close to castle, friendly staff and authentic rooms. Breakfast was fresh and included eggs, bread, vegetables and fruits. The bathroom is quite simple and not very comfortable to use the shower, but it was okay and did not ruin our stay.

The owners were really nice and helpful at all times they also helped us organise transfer and find good places. Too many insects in the room, the cleaning of the room could have been better and issue with a strong smell coming from the bathroom - place is subject to high humidity.

Very nice homestay with kind people. Very close to the imperial city and from very good restaurants to enjoy Hue specialities. We had a lovely stay here!

Lovely property in a great location. The hosts were lovely and really helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Some rooms get a bit humid and the bathroom struggles to dry out.

Very nice and helpful hostess

Great stay in the old city of Hue. Very close to (an exit) of the imperial city. The place feels brand new, neatly designed and with a great shower and TV. The owner was super friendly and lovely and helped us with a bunch of stuff. Recommended!

They did a good scooter rental. Our washing came back smelling fresh. The bed was damp. There was mould on the wall. The wetroom floods after every shower. The dehumidifier in the room should have been our first hint. We asked to swap rooms and the second room was exactly the same. The location is right next to the citadel but a trek from everywhere else.

Nice homestay with perfect location. Great view from the terrace. Everything is new and clean. Bed was super comfy, bathroom was big, stylish and we always had hot water with good pressure. Girl on reception is so nice and helpful! Standard room doesn’t have window. But on the other side it’s very quiet.

The staff was always friendly and supportive, she was really nice and caring! The room was clean and comfortable. They have laundry service, which was very helpful. The room had a lot of mold in the walls. It might get fixed with more air running inside the room to avoid humidity. Also the wifi didn't reached the room as much.

The staff was so sweet and helpful and the interior design in the lobby quite special and cool. Great service with snacks and drinks in the room. Cleaned well. The thing that brought the stay at this Homestay down was that we discovered white mold on the wall. It smelled like it too which made me concerned for ur health. The staff has humidifiers in the rooms, which are quite poorly ventilated. They should look in too this matter. If they can solve the issue with the humidity and mold it would be a great place to stay ❤️
