Friendly staff, filling breakfast that had a nice variety. Good pool. Nice room but on the smaller side. Excellent location. Would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. It was an absolutely beautiful place to stay right in the old citadel walls. Easy to get around and the staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We loved the three nights we spent at this hotel. It was like a mini resort because we could charge everything to our room the whole time...the restaurant, bar, spa, tours...everything! The breakfast was phenomenal and everything we had at the restaurant for lunch and dinner were great too. Was very nice to get a drink at the outside bar then take it to dinner and have them put it all on one bill. They even booked a private car to take us to a few tombs for only $40. We also had a few treatments at the spa, including some traditional ones we hadn't seen before. Also, the pool was wonderful too on the hot days. Finally, the proximity to the ancient city grounds are unmatched, right there across the street. Would absolutely recommend as a wonderful base to explore the area.

The hotel is a very interesting common historic one story building with great original details. There are pretty gardens and a nice pool area and breakfast offers many options. In particular, I loved the fresh fruit selection. My room was quite small, and I kept banging my knees on the edge of the bed when moving around the room. I also found a big lump of hair in the bathroom upon arrival that was pretty gross. I would stay again, but I would choose a different room type so that I have more space.

Fantastic staff with the perfect location.

I understand the hotel wants to go green. But instead of using big plastic bottle for shampoo/ body wash, they’re using ceramic bottles, which are very slippery and hard to use. My husband accidentally broke the shampoo bottle while taking shower, he almost stepped on the broken piece and cut himself. Then without asking if my husband got hurt, they charged 400,000 as compensation while it’s totally the hotel’s operation issue.

It was calm, historical and very zen atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and accommodating as well. Everything was excellent but AC could have been a bit stronger

This hotel is really serene and well maintained. The staff is exceptional and so welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this place while staying in Hue! Serene grounds, great staff, delicious breakfast, large rooms

We felt truly cared for here. The historical building is gorgeous and the location was fantastic for exploring and eating. The pool was nice as well.

This is a tired property past its prime in need of an update, but still has some feel of a much better past. The room was bug and mosquito infested. One night here gave me more bites than the other three weeks in Vietnam. Insects fell from the thatched ceiling into the bed and you had to crush them by hand.

We loved the location. It was inside the citadel gates in a real neighborhood. A quiet relief after a long day.the staff were very attentive and helpful.

We loved this stay! Location by the Citadel was, we think, better than across the river in the city center. Onsite breakfast was a 10/10! The staff was amazing and very helpful including helping us find a driver for visiting the royal tombs outside of town. We also enjoyed dinner at the restaurant - amazing setting and service and food.
