Location Not clean, not value for money, poor service

My refrigerator did not work so I could not put food drinks in it. I told the front desk. They said to turn refried on as housekeepers turn it off. If it did not work he said to go back to him again and he would see what he could do. I did not go back to him and forgot to inform him when I checked out. See above.
