New Hotel, room was spacious with large bathroom. No dishes or pans. Would be hard to use the kitchenette. If you have those items it would be fine.

My room was canceled & should have not been canceled.You can't rebook by calling in.

First of all they ran out of the rooms we ask for. They gave us a disability room which they took out the necessities had a open double room with a double bed i ask for a shower with tub didnt get that. People live there full time parking horrible

There is no complimentary breakfast offered here which is a minus. The only good attribute about the property that it is centrally located for my business travels. The man at the front desk is extremely rude, and this is the last time I will be staying at this property. His wife is great but the husband is always short and very unwelcoming every time I have stayed at this location. I just am stating my issue now because before this last stay the property was good. On 5/7 I was told that the police will be called on me because I wanted towels because it took from 3am to 7:30am to extend my stay on 5/7. The front desk was totally not being manned by anyone. On 5/7 housekeeping knocks on my door, room 208, to see if we were checking out, and we stated no and we just have extended, and asked the housekeeping for fresh linens and towels for our extended stay. Housekeeping stated no problem and gave us a 30 minute window, which was fine. The promise turned into 2 hours to get towels and fresh linens. When I went down to confront and address my concerns with the front desk about 2 hours late with the linens and towels request. Which I was late for my business meeting and other events I had to attend. I was told the cops will be called when I demanded my fresh necessities to meet my obligations for the day. I was told that I wasn't wanted at the property and cops will be called. I was embarrassed, humiliated and made a joke when it came to my business. I will never stay here ever again!!

This place was really clean and comfortable to stay. And also convenient location. But there’s only small soap bars in the bathroom. No shampoo or toothbrush which I didn’t find to be mentioned before I got there

I've been staying here often on business, and it is the best location spot for me. Centrally located you have everything that you might need just around the corner. I like that aspect. It's a new build so it's not a ranchy hotel. I appreciate. I recommend this location for a stay or two. The drapes in all the rooms allow too much sunlight in when trying to sleep so I use the top comforters to block the light out. Need better drapes in the rooms for that purpose.

The room looks nice. My neighbor was slamming the door intentionally to bother others. I called up front and they hung up in my face. People loitering made me feel uncomfortable. Catcalling. People smoking joints inside the unit. People beating on the walls when I blow dried my hair.

The location was great didn't have to travel far for work and food

The staff was helpful . cleaning was done on the property each day and the room was quiet

We were to have NON-smoking room. This room smelled of cigarettes. It was 2nd floor and we had 2 dogs to walk. Bedspreads smelled of cigarettes. our belongings now smell! No plates, silverware, etc in kitchen.
