The location is great, so close to Hersheypark Wish breakfast had a little more options.

The staff was not ready for us at a 3:00 check in. Asked us to wait 20 minutes. When we came back, they said it would be 20 more minutes. Room was clean. Carpet in hallways was dirty.

Our experience was terrible. We called ahead 48 prior to check in asking for a 2 hour early check in (1:00 instead of 3:00 on Saturday). I asked for it to be noted on our reservation (we had 2 rooms reserved for 1 night. They said it shouldn’t be a problem, and to call back Sat am to make sure the rooms would be ready. I called at 9am Sat morning asking about the early check-in at 1:00. Was given our room numbers (both on the 3rd floor) and they would be ready for us. We arrived @ 1:05 and the rooms were not ready. They acted like they had no idea what I was talking about, even though the girl I spoke to that morning was one of the employees at the desk. They said it would be at least another hour until a room would be ready. I said that was unacceptable being I had called twice, asked two different people about early check-in and was never told NO, I was actually told the rooms would be ready. Also, upon us arriving, they initially told us, our reservation had been cancelled. My husband & I were like “what?!” Have no idea what that was about … they finally put us in a room. I went to the room. I opened the door, and there is a bucket of water, pillows all over the beds, bedsheets on the dresser, with the beds unmade .. obviously the room is not cleaned & ready. Had to put us in another room (room 228), which then does NOT put us beside/connected to our other reserved room with our family members, who ended up in room 215 …. Which was another total disaster with check-in!

We came over for the breakfast and was disappointed. Granted we came around 9am but there was a long line for the meager breakfast items of bagels and cereal. No hot items. Overall, this hotel is using the Hilton brand but does not meet the customer expectation of a Hilton.

The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The hallway carpeting was stained in numerous places and a few places in the stairwells could use painting, which detracted from the overall appearance. The property was clean and the outdoor pool area was very appealing.

the location was the best if you are going to Hershey Park, like 5 min. away. The staff was very nice and helpful. the rooms appeared clean and comfortable. The staff cleaning and refilling he breakfast area were working hard the TV wouldn't work at all the first night...constantly glitching making watching impossible.. I advised staff in the morning who offered to send someone, probably needed re-boot.. I told hime I could do that... which I did and was fixed, until we came back to room in the evening, glitching again...so we just didn't watch TV. advertised as included breakfast... which was pretty much bagels... there was fruit and muffins..one morning hard boiled eggs which all went very fast Im not faulting there being nothing to eat, because there was.. but I was looking for some protein of some kind. The kids didn't mind at all

There was long black hair in the bedding and some of the walls were unclean. The room had visible wear and tear and for the price I paid, it wasn't worth it. When I walked outside the same cup that a guest left on the ground was still there 24 hours later. Stay away from this hotel if you plan on visiting Hershey Park. This place is a dump!!

My family stayed one night and are first time travelers to this hotel chain. With that being said we do travel quite a bit and have stayed at numerous hotels. The rooms and property were recently updated, but have been kept tidy. Our room was clean and the lobby was as well. When travelers have said the rooms are small please listen. The sink is in the open area and the shower and toilet are crammed in a room. The only place to get dressed is in the small bathroom. The breakfast bar during our stay was a mess and was constantly running out of everything from food to utensils. They were not prepared for people. It was fine for a one night stay with 3 people in a room, but would not recommend more than that.

We got to the hotel & all hilton hotel computers were down. We couldn't check in till midnight. Because we booked through Expedia the hotel couldn't give us any compensation towards this inconvenience. On Saturday the cable went out for the duration of our stay. So 2 days without any TV. The free brunch was a bare minimum of food. The hotel cost me too much money for these inconveniences
-
ot tub not working, didn't have half the food at breakfast including milk, creamer and cream cheese. Rooms are super minimalist
-
The lock on our door didn’t function well, the windows in both first floor rooms were broken, the soap dispensers in the shower didn’t work, and breakfast was subpar - we thought there was a waffle/ pancake maker in the pictures. Maybe you get what you pay for, but this was definitely not what we expected. We ended up checking out a night early because the hotel just wasn’t worth staying for.
-
The elevator was none existent, hair on the toilet and beds. No room with tub for my toddler. I checked out early
-
Hot tub and fountain were out of order, but the pool was great! Staff was friendly!
