Room key set on counter with nothing said. Not the experience usually given at check-in. No explanation of amenities or even room number. Reservation was for multiple adults and room had king bed and pull out couch. No bedding for pull out. Air conditioning temperature would often go above what room was set to. Room was nice and breakfast was good. Pool was also nice. Very nice area and parking was also nice.

The property appeared to be well maintained, well lit, and a safe area. The lobby was bright and inviting. The seating outdoors was nice. The fitness center was nice. The indoor pool was nice and maintained. The breakfast bar was nice and there were great options. The staff was friendly and helpful when I had an issue. The only 2 things I was not so fond of were the carpet and the table in the suite was not sturdy. Overall everything else I did like.

Location, clean, pool was operational, bed comfortably firm, breakfast. The GM and staff gave a great synopsis of where to eat in the area. Running toilet, door lock was finicky

The Residence Inn was perfect. You cannot go anywhere else and pay that amount and get home away from home. Plenty of room to relax, full kitchen, and desk place to do your work if needed. For now on, I will look for Residence Inn before looking anywhere else.
