Everything. Style of the hotel, Food at the restaurant, Decorations, History of the hotel, STAFF (Liga - that took care of my Room, Hugh - the tea wizard, Richard - the Wine wizzard, Ann - stylish performance while serving in restaurant, Becky - the key to hotel) that was superb. Realy everything. Hotel is result of careful considerations for the pleasant stay of the guest, especially us non-UK citizens who would like to be introduced to the typical British culture through food, wines, decorations and behaviour of the service staff. At the end of the day you can be in the nicest hotel but if the staff is not welcoming you with emotions and professional attitude everything is in vain. Hotels are just buildings and satisfied and professional staff is all what it meters. I was recommending Old Bridge to all my visitors who were visiting the area as the only real traditional British jewel worth visiting regardless of the costs. It was worth every penny. I couldn’t find a thing.

Absolutely fabulous. Good parking facilities, lovely comfy bed and beautifully clean room, Tastefully decorated and quiet even though near a road. Really nice welcome, homemade shortbread with tea in room and nice toiletries. Exceptional dinner and breakfast service, above and beyond in assistance as well as great menu. Have to carry luggage up/down stairs, But totally understandable as such a lovely old building and was offered assistance.

All the staff at The Old Bridge were absolutely wonderful genuinely kind I found everyone warm and welcoming especially William and the team in the restaurant. Keep Shining all of you! Their care and friendliness made such a difference and created a lovely atmosphere. It is rare to come across service that feels so sincere and personal. Thank you for making the experience so special. Highly recommended!

Excellent bedroom and high quality evening meal with excellent service. Disappointing breakfast which was over-cooked.

Friendly staff, beutiful surroundings very large bed Room was dated and you had to walk through the diners to get to it, it would be best to make the fire escape the entrance to these two rooms.
