Easy access, comfortable bed. Gym and pool. Poor maintenance (windows not closing, so noise from carpark). Breakfast not included but expensive. Not so convenient for the town centre.

Used to have better breakfast with smoked saumon and capers… not anymore. If you need to rise breakfast price to be like before, do it. Otherwise your breakfast will become like in every average Hilton hotel.

Great price. Lovely pool and spa area. Handy for an overnight stay. Very large room with a bath. Everything was fine.

Relatively modern, available parking but you need to register and a quiet location Not much but my daughters were not happy with the condition of their shower.

Everything was clean and well kept. No strange smells in the rooms and the beds were comfy. The location was a bit away from entertainment. The pool was a bit smaller than expected, and the people swimming laps were constantly overtaking the members with kids, leaving 25% of the pool for families and 75% for sometimes only 2 swimmers. I feel this was uncomfortable, and it should be split 50/50. During the week, swim lessons take up 25% of the pool until noon, so families and swimmers are fighting for space on the 75%. It created unnecessary confrontation due to the hotel loaning out their pool for swim courses.

A climb in shower made it awkward. Not good for older people or those with mobility issues.

The staff were very friendly particularly in the restaurant. My friend and I used both the swimming pool and hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food was delicious and fresh especially the breakfast. I don't normally eat a cooked breakfast but this was lovely. Our room was clean and comfortable with all we needed. The Reception staff arranged a taxi for us which was very helpful. I would definitely visit again. There didn't seem to be an extraction fan in the bathroom so it got a little misty in there.

Spacious rooms, good decor , good customer service., enjoyed the pool. Water pressure too low to even wash hands , forget having a shower. Water was literally a trickle, we could not wash properly.
