The staff here were the best! While waiting on my room, I witnessed them help multiple guests with multiple issues, and they smiled and were so warm to every person - and they were funny! The staff made my trip a super great one. I wish I had gotten their name so I could truly shout them out! Everything else was great too!

I did not like the daytime Manager. I witness how he treated black people differently.

This was a nice facility overall. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean. And the staff I did interact with were very pleasant. I did not like the daytime Manager. I witness how he treated black people differently.

They charged my credit card $25 for “incidental expenses (there were none). I HAVE NOT been reimbursed as yet as they said I would.

Easy access from I-565, more handicap parking needed, more roll-in shower units needed, caulking around shower cracked & moldy, luggage carts difficult to use, not user friendly for guests with special needs.
