Newer or remodeled, TV glitched the whole time, AC would not turn off, constant noise. Shower splattered water all over floor no matter how the curtain was arranged . It was oddly a combo of a bare bones hotel with a full kitchen For family of 4 it was a bit crowded.

Spacious and clean and close to everything!

The room are large and very spacious with a mini kitchen that was super useful. The staff was extremely gracious and helpful. We had a amazing stay.

We liked the spacious room and bathroom. The only negative was the water was not contained in the roll in shower.

Hot breakfast was not free b that was the only negative of the stay. Staff very friendly.

The hotel and rooms are brand new and very nice. The location is good. The only thing that I would complain about is the wifi was out for an entire day which also meant the TV did not work and that is something I like to use in a hotel room. There was also no breakfast although when I booked they stated there was free breakfast. Sorry but a muffin does not count, at least throw in some yogurt or bagels and bananas, fresh fruit. There is also no option to have service in the room unless you are there for over a week. That was something nice about hotel stays was having the room cleaned daily but that seems to be something most chains are no longer doing.

Needs a pool.

Very friendly staff, room was clean and updated, beds were very comfy. It was a nice place to rest on our roadtrip passing through Virginia

We came to this location for hiking in Shenondoah and after a long hike, it was great to come to a clean space. The front desk staff was great for check-in and when I requested extra towels or blankets, they had no problem providing the quantity I requested. Even if you paid in full, they still charge a $50 “deposit” fee for what I assume if you check-out late but will return in a few business days. Other than that the stay was great, our kitchen had an electric stove top, pots and pans if needed, utensils, etc. I would 100% stay here again!

When I stayed, it was a new hotel, so it was clean. I like that the rooms have no carpet. Good location next to a Walmart market store and gas station. When I got there, the TV and phone didn't work. So we were moved to a different room. The room phone didn't work either. There were no linens for the pull out sifa bed. Had to go down myself to get the linens which were still wet. The breakfast was grab and go. Muffins, tea, coffee, breakfast bars, and fruit. No pool. They don't clean the room until the 7th day. You have to go and get your own linens. They don't change the trash. Seems like there is not enough staff. Unfortunately I didn't check all this before I stayed here. Don't think I would stay here again. But if you like a newer, clean hotel, then this is a good choice for that.

The gentleman working nights was very efficient and displayed excellent costumer service.

It is a new property with nice views, but there was no pool for the kids to play in and the breakfast was disappointing for the price I paid. Will not return!

It was spotless,and it came with everything you need! There was zero smell of smoking! Everything about this stay was amazing, breakfast provided a basic meal with a muffin and a breakfast bar and coffee and tea! Very satisfied with the stay!
