Our bed had dog hair all over it. We were given sheets to remake the bed ourselves.

Breakfast was not much offered. Staff really not interactive. Kinda felt ignored. Gym was ok - some kind of construction/remolding was going on at the end of our hall so several contractors in hallway.

I stayed in one of these in Staunton VA. And it was fine and the reason I chose this one.

Upon arrival to our assigned room, it had not been cleaned and still looked occupied. Front Desk staff was surprised and caused us panic when she stated the hotel was sold and there may not be another available room. After 5 minutes, she was apologetic and found us a clean room. No EV chargers. Nothing hot food or protein for included breakfast. Yogurt machine dispenser was not sufficient. Room was quiet and comfortable. Water pressure was very weak.

The hotel was very conveniently located but I will choose one the twenty other hotels next time I visit my daughter at school.

This hotel is relatively new, is convenient to the highway and JMU. Good breakfast.

Great location right off of 81 and very close to JMU. The room was updated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. There weren't a lot of options at the breakfast but it was enough for our quick stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was spotless and comfortable. A/C unit was a bit loud when it kicked on (probably can’t change that since it’s a manufacturer issue?), but otherwise everything went really well. Beds were comfortable and clean, and the stay went as expected. Breakfast offerings were spartan, though for the price it made sense. Overall, I’d say the whole experience was 9/10. If you’re passing through and need a reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay, I’d say it’s well worth it.

AC was loud so it was difficult to sleep and while ear plugs were offered they are uncomfortable for me
