Disappointing

We stayed in a studio room, and it was so spacious. It was like being at a home away from home with a kitchen area stocked with enough to serve four and a couch relaxation area with a tv that swiveled for viewing from the bed or seating area. The hours for the gym were 24/7, and the pool was open late, though we didn’t use it. There was a fire pit outside where some folks sat in the evening, and a small basketball court was on premises too The front staff were friendly upon arrival and departure. The location was great, as we had many options for dinner within a short walk. Despite its convenience, I got a quiet night’s rest

Objectively, the property is very well maintained. The breakfast was very good too. I am sure it would have been a very satisfactory stay had we not been upgraded.

Elevator needs to be regularly wiped down . It also looked dirty. I’ve stayed at this property now going on 10+ yrs. Lots of competition in the market now.

The room, the staff, the free breakfast options. Everything was great. This was our best Hotel on this specific journey. They get gold stars!!! Nothing

Our family loves the Residence Inn hotels because the rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

The property is not comparable. It is so much different... old carpets, old bathrooms, dirty elevators. No bar and no way to get ice or a lot of fresh water. Breakfast was not good al all. Salty frittatas, bad coffee, I had to ask for for orange juice because it was out. Sooo not good! We will avoid that place...

Location was good, price was reasonable. Breakfast was a little disappointing. I am used to the daily fresh cooked breakfasts from the Marriott Hotel chains, but it seems they are all resorting to prepared and frozen foods to save on cost and prep time. See note above about declining breakfasts.

Clean and comfortable. Good location. Pleasant and friendly staff.

The room was bigger than I thought and pretty clean: The bed was made sloppy but it worked. It was cool there was a kitchenette and separate bathroom area. The hot tub was gross. Green and smelled like sewage. Had hold/scum growing on the sides. The actual pool could have been warmer. The issue was never fixed or even attempted. Never made right either

Room was excellent as usual. All kitchen necessities were available.

Great place to stay for everyone :)
