The staff were friendly. I had an issue with housekeeping. The bed linen needed to be changed on one bed. I stripped the bed and left the dirty linen in the floor prior to leaving the room. When I returned with my family later in the evening, the dirty linen was still in the floor. I was told at the front desk that house keeping only replaces towels. I was given clean sheets to make up the bed myself in effort to rectify this situation.

The hotel was very clean and staff was very helpful. Would definitely recommend this location. Room was well stocked with towels and tissues etc. Left a good tip and you should too, as these chamber maids will make good use of it.

The staff here were the best! While waiting on my room, I witnessed them help multiple guests with multiple issues, and they smiled and were so warm to every person - and they were funny! The staff made my trip a super great one. I wish I had gotten their name so I could truly shout them out! Everything else was great too!

The pool ladder and rail for pool steps need to be fixed. They were very loose.

This was a nice facility overall. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Very clean. And the staff I did interact with were very pleasant. I did not like the daytime Manager. I witness how he treated black people differently.

They charged my credit card $25 for “incidental expenses (there were none). I HAVE NOT been reimbursed as yet as they said I would.
