Booked a standard double queen room with two queen beds. Upon arrival they tell me my booking is a king bed (myself and brother in law were staying here for a men’s conference) so I inform them that is not what I booked and that will not work. They tell me it was booking.com’s fault, and they have no availability so I have to take the king or leave and they could not refund me, i would have to reach out through booking.com. Absolute terrible experience and will not be staying there NOR using booking.com again either as they were no help.

Nice modern finishes, clean, and good facilities No security around parking area, which resulted in attempted theft and damage to property. Staff are aware of previous issues from trailer park behind rear parking lot, but no cameras or security deployed

The continental breakfast was also quite lackluster compared to other Holiday Inns I've stayed at. It also hardly had that was nut-alletgy friendly, so we had to get breakfast for my son elsewhere.

The location suited my needs and the elevators were surprisingly quick each time I used it. The breakfast could have been more expansive.
