Breakfast was okay—better than I expected and actually a bit better than other places I stayed in Egypt. The hotel is also in a very central location in Hurghada Marina, which makes it easy to get around and access nearby restaurants and the beach club. Once I was finally moved into the correct room, the room itself was comfortable enough for a short stay. The biggest issue was with the room I was given. I booked a deluxe room , but when I arrived, I was placed in what was clearly a standard double room. When I raised this with the staff, I was told that the room I received was already a deluxe, which didn’t match what I had booked or the photos online. When the manager stepped in, even he seemed surprised and confirmed that the room I was given was actually a double room, not a deluxe. Despite this, there was a lot of back and forth with staff insisting there were no other options available. At one point, I was offered a similar room with a balcony, but it still felt like the same category, just slightly modified, and not what I had originally paid for. Eventually, after quite a bit of discussion, I was moved into another room that matched one of the deluxe room photos I had seen online, so I accepted it. However, the process felt unnecessarily difficult, and I didn’t appreciate having to repeatedly argue to get what I had booked. There was also a comment made about me traveling alone and being placed in a twin room, which I didn’t find relevant since I paid for a specific room category regardless of occupancy. Beyond that, the hotel itself is in a good location in the marina area. It is very central and convenient, but the surrounding area is quite tourist-focused. Most nearby restaurants are heavily geared toward tourists, offering more Western-style food like fish and chips, steak, and chicken nuggets, rather than more local Egyptian cuisine. I personally prefer having easier access to more authentic local food, so this was a downside for me.

Location, staff, good rooms and a good stay

Location was great. Easy check in and friendly staff. They helped arrange transport to the airport and stored luggage. The rooms were on the marina which was nice for view but very loud at night with music and people. There was a very strong sewage smell in the lobby and rooms.

Great location in the new marina. The service levels are fantastic, I stayed 2 different nights and was able to get a 6pm checkout for a small fee no problem. Super staff and nice, clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Location is great, in the most lively centre of Hurghada marina. Almira on front desk is warm, very friendly, helpul and showing great hospitality wit always smiling face. Room has a big confortable balcony having sea and marina view. We have free entrance to blue beach which is very near and very nice. I fully recommend to the visitors. None

Good location. Very clean. Great big breakfast. Nice big bottle of water in your room which is much appreciated. It is located above a bar, so if you are on the first floor, you can hear the television in your room.

the hotel was good, clean, and well organized. Amina, the receptionist, was very kind and dedicated to her work, always trying her best to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. However, the noise from outside could be heard in the room, which affected the stay slightly.

The location The toilet is with awful smell, the heater is not function properly. The water turned cool after 2mins of showering. The staff cannot fix the issue and showing no patient to communicate due to language barrier. Besides, it was quite noisy as there was people party at night beside the hotel and the room was just 1st floor. So basically I can hear everything

Amazing stay in a perfect location! The location is incredibly central — everything is within easy reach. The beach and pool were spotless and very well maintained. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally helpful, especially the receptionist, who made us feel truly welcome. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again. There can be some noise, but that’s understandable considering the hotel is right in the heart of the marina.
